Chương 16: Witch Coven
!
Bursting out the underbrush came Robyn Goodfellowe and her sister Mebh Óg MacTíre both in their new werewolf forms. Since coming to this new world they been learning and getting use to all the changes from their world set in the Middle Ages. And making new friends with all the other children that also serve their mistress, Horror Master.
Behind them came their group of friends.
Squid Girl an anthropomorphic squid-girl who comes ashore to invade the surface world in retaliation for constant human pollution of the seas.
Hilda an 11-year-old blue-haired, adventure-loving girl who fears nothing and enjoys exploring the wonderful, supernatural world around her even in the face of danger.
David a strange laid back boy.
Frida a strong minded girl who is training to be a witch.
Erma Williams a young girl who has supernatural powers.
Terry a classmates and friend of hers. Frequently tries to pull pranks on Erma, only for them to backfire on him. He tends to react impulsively when situations get sticky.
Amy a classmate and close friend. A spunky young girl who often plays the straight man to Terry's impulsive nature.
Conner a classmates and friend. He has an enormous crush on Erma, which appears to be reciprocated by her.
Sidney a classmate and friend who is also a rat girl.
Sylvia, Erma's friend and sister of her current babysitter.
All of them are racing through the wooden area between Trolberg and Blair Wood. When their mistress had summon them, the two cities were merged together. The wall around Trolberg now surrounds both cities and is mostly divided in half, with some buildings being mixed here and there mostly in the middle ground. The city since coming to a new world has become a hub for many of the characters of horror who are from more child friendly works of fiction. And is the gathering place for many witches, both good and bad in the underground tower underneath the city's oldest library.
Auntie Roon a demon witch who was banished by an ancient Te Xuan Ze many centuries ago. Some monsters released her out of boredom, and she resumed her conquest of the human world. Now that she's here in another world, she like everyone else is serving Horror Master. And like everyone else have to follow rules or be desummon.
"Tell me why we can't have the meeting at the Demon Isles?" Auntie Roon ask riding her flying fish over the city heading for the library where the witches of Trolberg all gather.
"We're still rebuilding after that accident with Horror Master's magical body," Edalyn "Eda" Clawthorne, the Owl Lady said flying along side with her.
"Who called the meeting anyways?" Lilith ask who is Eda's sister, flying next to them.
"Don't know but they got everyone here," Eda said as she and her group landed in front of the library where other groups of witches, warlocks and other magic users are gathering.
The group of kids they flew over ran pass them and into the library. Followed by Wendy the good little witch and her 3 wicked aunts came out of the bus, Sabrina and her aunts Hilda and Zelda also step off of the same bus. Eda spotted Ursula and Grimhilde coming together with Hydia and her two daughters Reeka and Draggle.
Being pulled along Eda followed Lilith into the library where they walk to the new entrance of the witch tower on the right of the administration desk and after the restrooms. The entrance is a mirror portal that allows people to enter and doesn't allow anyone who isn't allowed in to enter. They followed the stairs to the meeting hall where the others have already gathered.
The meeting hall has food and drinks for the people as they wait for the meeting to start. Eda spotted Luz and her friends already there and helping themselves to the spread. That 4 arm witch with that massive blue witch hat Ranni at the drink station. Eda could see Kaisa refilling a bowl of those chips in the shape of shorts that factory in Trolberg makes. Eda spotted her mother and father talking with, Matilda "Tildy" Pilqvist and her husband Peter Ostenfeld, the two old couple got together shortly after they found themselves in this new world.
"Alright is everyone here?" Abigail one of the 3 witches in charge of the witch tower ask over the speaker at the platform of the hall.
A crash in the back drew the attention of everyone and they see Mildred Hubble from The Worst Witch series and Kiki bursting into the room on their bikes. Many witches have turned in their brooms to ride on scooters and bikes now, as the seats are much better at supporting them. Followed by Bayonetta and her friend/rival Jeanne the two over 7 foot tall amazon witches, who are sexy and powerful and they know it.
"Where are the Potter cast?" Abigail ask seeing them. Issuing and frowning seeing how many non magic users are also at the meeting. Erma really doesn't count as a magic user but she's friends with Frida who invited her along with her other friends and Horror Master likes Erma.
"They didn't showed up," Kaisa said.
"Alright we can start this meeting without them," Abigail said getting attention back to her. "So…. Would the one who called the meeting please step up."
"Wait you didn't call this meeting?" Eda ask.
"I did," Horror Master said walking into the room followed by the Thirdac a magic eater who is completely immune to any and all magics and can eat anything of a magical nature. (1)
The magic users all back away from Thirdac knowing how dangerous he is, or she but none of them want to get close enough to see if Thirdac is a boy or a girl. The Thirdac is the prefect predator of anything magical in nature and even gods and demons fear it because it can eat them as well, thanks to their bodies being energy in nature that the Thirdac can also eat. But because it's so specialized in feeding off of magic, it's also can easily be handled by non magical beings.
The Thirdac sniffed at Frida and Erma who back away in fear, only for it to be slap away by one of Squid Girl's hair tentacles. Causing it to yelp and run to Horror Master's side for protection. Horror Master walk to the platform which the 3 head witches quickly left giving her the stage and away from the Thirdac.
"I got tried of the Potter cast trying to get their way of doing things in magic by making it all hidden and only for magic users to be how we do thing around here. So I unleash Thirdac on them and after Thirdac had eaten, I desummon them. They won't be returning," Horror Master said.
The magic users all were shaken by the news, the Potter faction the ones from the Potter world were a large faction in the magic user minions. They also been trying to get the other magic users to follow how they do things like making the magic a secret and mind erase anyone who isn't a magic user from knowing about magic. Which was pointed out that is impossible thanks to how widespread knowledge of Horror Master is, but they stuck to their ways and double down. Which gotten on Horror Master's nerves with how they completely believe that their way is right.
"They rejected my plans on opening magic schools for everyone who can learn or want to learn magic. Saying that muggles can't be trusted and only they can be trusted to use magic. They were also preparing on casting a massive spell that would make everyone forget about us and we would hide like they did in a closed off world, that's backwards and has no new ideas and keep things the same, scared of anything new and refuse to change how they do things to met changing times. They had everything ready to go but for the amount of power they needed to cast a world affecting spell and thought that once they showed me they had everything ready and just needed me to supply the power, that I would agree. I had enough and got rid of all of them. They're completely useless anyways, the Twilight vampires and werewolves are more useful, even if they are lame. I called this meeting to inform all of you where I stand with hiding away and making anyone who knows about magic forget. I'm against that kind of thinking and annoying me about it, just causes me to start thinking you're more trouble than you're worth having around," Horror Master said.
"No more of this English twits?" Eda ask before she throws her hands in the air and shouts out in joy. "Yes, no more of those stick in the muds!" (2)
"Also after what happen with the body you the magic faction tried to make. I'm going with magic-tech. Work with Reagan and her team to make a magic-tech body, so that any limits with either magic or technology isn't an issue," Horror Master said.
"Ohhh, you can also get caster shells like the ones in Outlaw Star, bullets that have magic spells in them and have an awesome gun arm," Luz shouted out.
"Magic shooting guns," Horror Master said thinking about it. "Ok someone get on that."
"But you really don't want a witch body?" Luz ask.
"If you all want to you can work on another, just be careful this time," Horror Master said taking her leave with Thirdac following her. Horror Master stops as she thinks of something. "Also I have a gift for some of you."
Horror Master holds up her hand and orbs of energy burst out and flew around the room. The orbs hits some of the people in the room transforming them.
Luz was hit and she transforms into her Titan power up form.
Eda and Lilith were hit and they regain their more youthful forms before the owl curse.
Hilda was hit and she transforms into her troll form. After she was turn into a troll and turned back the first time around, she gained the ability to speak to trolls, and retained some measure of physical strength and agility.
Matilda "Tildy" Pilqvist and her husband Peter Ostenfeld were hit and became young as they were when they first met.
Anne Boonchuy, Sasha Elizabeth Waybright, and Marcy Regina Wu gain their power up anime forms.
Jade Chan transforms into her queen of the Shadowkhan form followed by her cat girl form, and her wind demon form.
And many more.
"There, I gave you your other forms so that you all be able to have a power up form and you all can control the changes," Horror Master said.
"And us?" Tildy ask who is now young again like Peter.
"I gave you two your youth back as I watched the show and didn't like how you two remain separated. So you two now have a second chance of living together," Horror Master said and took her leave.
Unknown to everyone a spider that's in one of the bookshelves is being used to spy on the witches coven and heard everything.

Elsewhere -
In her lair Velma Green the spider queen, watch the magic user faction talk about what they be doing with their body. She's been spying on all the factions and seeing what they come up with so that her faction could outdo the others. Her faction is the dark elves as she already has allied with the dark elves of her world and once the number of different types of dark elves all found themselves summon here, she rallied them under her leadership. Thanks to them all having one form or another of a spider goddess, who Velma seeing a picture of Lolth, recognized her as her cousins counterpart.
Velma is also part of the arachnes and other spider type monsters faction. The dark elves and the spider factions get along well with each other and are working together to create a dark elf and spider hybrid for Horror Master's body. They are also making a pure dark elf body and a pure arachne body for Horror Master as well.
Velma walks over to her computer and opens up video call screens to the different dark elf leaders. And she waited as the video call came online and waited for all of them to pick up.

Knight-Paladin Gelebor from Elder Scrolls series. He's a snow elf but sided with the dark elf faction as his people are the Falmer who he leads. The Falmer thanks to Horror Master are made to be fully sapient and undid the mutations done to them. They still choose to live underground but they are able to see now and aren't the twisted things they became. They're the most devoted of the dark elf faction to Horror Master.
Yagrum Bagarn a Dwemer who has been restored back to his true body before he caught a disease that cause him to make some modifications to survive. Also form Elder Scrolls and is the one in charge of technology.
Svartaljqfurr the king of the dark elves who are insect-like. From God of War.
Olga Discordia the dark elf queen from Kuroinu Kedakaki Seijo wa Hakudaku ni Somaru.
"I was spying on the magic faction and it turns out that the Harry Potter cast have all been desummon," Velma inform the elf leaders of the new development.
"I was wondering when they be taken care of," Jarlaxle said.
"The house elves are still around," Pirotess said. Disliking how the elves are reduced to servants and are so small weaklings but she has two female house elves as her personal maids, who she treats well.
"Where is Horror Master headed now?" Olga ask.
"She's heading for the Fey ring," Velma said.
The Fair Folks are the fairies, pixies, leprechauns, gnomes, and others of the fair folk race. Who many are the original versions, who have such blue and orange morals that many times what they think is good is bad and what bad is good. And are split into two different factions because of it.
Oberon and Titania lead the light fey faction, who are made up of less evil fey folks. Maleficent the dark fairy leads the dark fey who are more like the old tales of the fair folks who do things that only make sense to them. Which Horror Master force all the fair folks by a wish to understand human morals and emotions like she did with plenty of other works of horror. So that they won't just be going around causing trouble and making her look bad.
"Is Horror Master cleaning house again?" Yagrum ask.
"Last time she got rid of the non sapient horrors and the ones who couldn't control themselves," Gelebor adds.
"Maybe, or just the useless ones," Svartaljqfurr suggested.
"We're not useless," Nuada said.
"I already made myself useful with my spy network. The government is in talks about putting a kill order on Horror Master. But they're scared that there be nothing controlling us anymore," Velma said.
"She's the only reason why many of us haven't gone on a killing spree," Nuada said. "Not that the humans of this world aren't use to horrors already."
"The S rank threats are going to be taken cared of soon," Valma said reminding them of the teams Horror Master has sent to quietly take care of those threats and win some good PR.

Nightmare Realm -
"All the factions are trying to win your favor and impress you," Bill Cipher said to Horror Master by their mind link.
"And none of them are making me look bad?" Horror Master ask.
"Nope, all the ones who did are taken cared of already," Bill said. "They're going after acceptable targets only."
"Good, I hate how the horror films they always go after the innocent while never tormenting the ones who actually deserve it," Horror Master said.
Horror Master made it a rule that none of her horrors are allowed to go and torment people like they did in their fictions. But they are allowed to torment people who actually deserves it. So there are now criminals and people who abuse others, the monsters who feed on fear are striking bullies and abusers filling their lives with fear. For the killers and other criminals, depending on what they done, they either reappear with limbs missing or just gone.
"Word is already spreading of what happen to the wizards and witches of the Potter works. The subordinates are worried about pissing you off like those wankers," Bill said.
"I never did like the Potter series. Lots of horror in it when you actually think about how that world works. And they wanted to do the same thing and everything be cut off but what they think should be allowed. Made worst by going and preparing everything to do so and tried to do it before telling me about it," Horror Master said.
"I stop them the first time," Bill reminded her.
"Yes, you did," Horror Master said. "Are you really ok being my minion?"
"Minion, subordinate, lacky, underling, I have been that all in the trillions of years I been alive. And you're pretty nice and care for me and the others," Bill said.
"I don't want to be a bad boss," Horror Master said.
"And why even if I can just ignore the little voice in my head to follow your commands, I'm doing it willingly," Bill said.
"I know, you told me that already. And I am grateful for your help," Horror Master said.
"You're welcome," Bill said.
"How's the plan to deal with Scion going?" Horror Master ask.
"I show up and don't play around and boom bang, I have it all taken cared of. And I'm bringing in all the big hitters with me just in case," Bill said.
"Good, I don't want this to be one of those, you play around and instead of just ending things quick you drag it out and goof off and suddenly you're the one losing. Like what happen in your show. You took out Time Baby as fast as you could, while you played around with the mystery team," Horror Master said.
"And I lost, I know. I can learn from my mistakes. And like the Lich, what happen before only works once on me," Bill said.
"Can't afford any mistakes with Scion. Hit him hard and fast before he knows what hit him," Horror Master said.
