Chapter 11
"I will challenge Nikko Rejirou," Nana yelled.
Every student who heard who she would challenge had their mouth wide open, someone was challenging the best student in U.A. This is going to be exciting, they thought.
Nikko looked at her, 'She wants to let out her frustrations,' he thought, "I accept your challenge," Nikko said as he stepped forward to the stage, every students started yelling loudly, cheering for the fight that is going to happen, actually, another reason was they don't know how strong Nikko was.
They can't gauge the strength of Nikko because of his friendly aura, he really seemed harmless in their eyes, Nikko and Nana faced each other on the stage, "I will defeat you," Nana said as she looked at him in the eyes.
"Then, I won't hold back," Nikko said, these words caused the people who knew Nikko shudder, never once he had gone all out, he always said that he uses 30% of his strength to spar with them, but it was already overwhelming.
Nikko closed his eyes and took a deep breath, Nana took her stance ready to fight, she also had been trained by Nikko in fighting, she had trained with him since they were young but she stopped when Roku died, she knew Nikko was not to blame for that but she doesn't know where to put her frustrations out and it immediately pointed to Nikko.
'You don't know how I feel when Roku died, I cried, I cried so much, yet, yet, you, not even a shed of tears, not even remorse, it was like a dog just died in your eyes,' rage started to flare up from Nana, she glared at him and will immediately attack when the match starts.
"Let's not make this long! The match starts now!" the announcer yelled.
*Boom!
Nana who was about to attack stopped from her steps when an overwhelming aura came out from Nikko, the color around seemed to lost all of its colors, the ground beneath Nikko seemed to not be able to carry him as deep web cracks appeared, the stadium was trembling, everyone can't help but shudder in fear.
Nikko's hair started to float up, a heavy pressure was felt by everyone, Nikko slowly opened his eyes and his eyes gave off a dangerous gaze, it was pure black, even though his gaze was fixed on Nana, every student around felt like the abyss was staring directly at their souls.
Nana who was at the center of this fight started to shudder, it was overwhelming, she had never seen Nikko like this before, no, she had seen him once, a scary aura that she hid deep down, she never wanted to remember it, but here it was again, Nikko is angry.
Nikko looked at her and took a step forward.
*Trembling intensified
The stadium trembled just by Nikko lifting his leg, flames started to appear on Nikko's body.
*Crackle
Dark clouds started to appear on the sky with thunders roaring, it was like the heavens are also angry, every students felt a deep, very deep fear, some had already fainted from the pressure alone, Tori was shaking by the side, 'here it is again,' he thought, he clenched his fist and tried his best not to be squashed by the pressure.
The other 1-S members who had trained with him had frozen, this is the first time they had seen Nikko like this, and they always thought Nikko was joking about him using only 30% of his strength, but damn, thankfully they never pissed him off.
Nana clenched her fist, tears flowed out from her eyes but she still kept her stance as she looked at Nikko who was moving towards her, "HAAAAA!" Nana yelled as she rushed towards Nikko.

(Flashback)
Nikko, Tori and Nana were playing together, it was the time when they were still in middle school, "I'm going to buy some ice cream wait for me here," Nikko said as he rushed towards the store, Nana and Tori waited for him, they started to talk while waiting when suddenly, 5 people came and surrounded them.
Tori and Nana became scared and held each other's hands.
"This would fetch us a lot of money," a guy said as he licked his lips.
"Hehe, we are lucky today," said another.
"Stop talking and get them," the guy said as they picked up Nana and Tori, Nana tried to scream for help but a guy immediately covered her mouth and they ran away.
Nikko rushed back to their meeting place when he saw Tori and Nana was not there, "Nana! Tori!" Nikko yelled but no one answered, he closed his eyes and spread his senses but he can't find them around, he got worried, he closed his eyes again and tried to feel the mark he left at them, this mark was something he created to sense the people who had been marked, no matter where they are.
Nikko immediately sensed where they were and we're going away at a very fast speed, "They've been kidnapped?" Nikko said, a very scary aura started to come out from Nikko's body as he looked towards the direction of Nana and Tori, his eyes lost its color and his hair started floating.
The place around started to tremble, like a huge earthquake was happening, Nikko took a step forward and disappeared from his position, a few moments later a deep crack appeared on the ground.
*Boom!
A very delayed shockwave destroyed everything on its back, thankfully there were no people there at that time, Nikko moved at a very fast speed and in just a few seconds, he reached the van that was carrying Nana and Tori, he landed in front of the van and raised his fist.
The driver of the van noticed the person in front late and the next thing they knew the back of the car rose a little bit before crashing back to the ground, the driver of the van lost his life as the front of the van was destroyed.
Nikko didn't wait and opened the door, he could see Nana and Tori who was sleeping, they weren't hurt just small bruises, Nikko took them out and made them lie on a safe place, Nikko glared at the van, flames started coming out from his body, a few moments later, the people who kidnapped Nana and Tori came out full of injuries, they then saw Nikko coming at them.
Nana and Tori woke up from commotion that was happening and saw Nikko in front of them, they could feel the emotion he was giving now, and it was scary for them, still they were concerned for Nikko, this was the first they had seen him like this, he usually smiles, and cared for them.
Nikko looked at the 'scums' in front of him, they were panting heavily.
"What just happened?"
"Someone attacked us,"
"My chest hurts,"
Each of them were heavily injured, they can't even stand properly, but Nikko had no remorse, "Those who try to take or hurt my family, you fools who had angered a lion, don't expect I would let you go," Nikko said as he raised his hand and pointed it towards them.
*Swoosh!
*Thud.
One of the thugs fell down as a large hole on his body appeared, he was not breathing anymore and he didn't even see how he died. The others got scared and backed away but they had nowhere to go. Nikko didn't change his expression as they killed them easily.
A few moments later, figures started to appear on the place and one of them was Roku who rushed because of the commotion, there he saw Nikko.
"Nik!" Roku yelled at him, Nikko turned around and saw Roku, the aura around his body slowly dispersed and the earthquake around the place stopped, Nikko slowly lost his consciousness and fainted.
(End Of Flashback)

At the stage, two students could be seen fighting and the one was clearly having a hard time fighting the other, it was Nana and Nikko.
Nikko easily blocked the attacks with one hand while Nana was using everything she learned from Nikko to defeat him, but she was fighting someone leagues above her, Nikko didn't even attack her, just continued to block not moving from his position, this got her frustrated so much, but she knew, Nikko wanted her let out her frustrations towards him, that was just how he was.
Nana panted as she backed away, Nikko only looked at her with his black eyes, not moving from his position.
"What? Is that all?" Nikko said as he stepped forward and disappeared from his position, Nana was surprised and immediately used her quirk to float up on the sky but Nikko grabbed her leg and pulled her down, Nana reacted fast and twisted her body sending a kick towards Nikko's face.
Nikko only raised his hand and caught the leg, he then pulled Nana down and slammed her to down to the ground though not powerful. Nana started trembling as she tried to stand up, but she still did it despite that, a smile formed on her face as she looked at Nikko.
"I thought you won't hold back, what is this?" Nana provoked.
Nikko didn't say anything and suddenly disappeared from his position and reappeared Nana, his face was facing hers and it was only a few inches away, Nana looked at the eyes of Nikko but she didn't step back, smile was still on her face, Nikko gave a smile "You have grown strong, Nana," Nikko said as he lightly touched her forehead. (Itachi style)
Nana lost all of her strength and fell to the ground, not able to move anymore, but she felt fresh, the heavy feeling on her chest lessened and her clouded eyes were finally clear again. What was the reason she got angry at him? It was because …
"The winner is Nikko Rejirou!" the announcer yelled.
The stadium was silent for a few moments before the crowd erupted like a volcano, who were the ones they respected and feared, the strong, if the strong is there, that means they had a goal, they had someone who would protect them, a new great hero. That is what they were thinking.
The scary aura around Nikko disappeared as the friendly aura returned, he waved towards the crowd as he went back to the others, Nana was taken by the referee's and was sent to infirmary, she wasn't gravely injured or anything, she just exhausted herself.
The match continued and none was able to defeat the students of 1-S, Tori was able to fight Oguro in a stale fight as they were both speed types and learned the breath of the wind, but Oguro still won in the end with his quirk.
And just like that the ranking ended, the ranking of 1-S is already fixed with Nikko being the first, Oguro being the second, Teka being the third and Yoshino being the last, now, the class 1-S busied themselves for the upcoming sports festival.
