"Yes," she admitted, her shoulders slumping slightly in defeat. 

It was embarrassing that a Royal Devil like herself would be afraid of something created by humans, but her current power was a far cry from what she had in Hell.

If not for this, she wouldn't bother to act so deferential and accommodating in front of Reign.

He looked at her for a long moment, weighing his options.

"Alright," he finally said, his tone neutral. "I'll help you. But I expect something in return."

Lilith narrowed her eyes. "What do you want?" 

He smiled with a hidden motive. "Access to the serum and all related research. I want to know everything you've discovered and plan to develop. And when I say everything, I mean everything."

She hesitated, knowing how much she was giving up. 

But she had no other choice. "Fine," she agreed reluctantly. "You'll have access to everything."
