Chương 7: Rock bottom
---Time skip to the first week of March---
It's been eight months since izuku studied with Itsumi and it's been quite nice for him. Many things changed but still, he got his usual dosage of brutal beat-ups. His schedule is something like wake up at 6 reached school at 6:30 study till 4, and his body didn't go dull from all the sitting he workout every day till 9 then goes to bed at 11-11:30.
If everything that happens to him in school is considered normal for him then it's quite eventless for him but it is just the way he enjoys it.
One day he was sitting on the couch in his house watching something completely useless on T.V. just killing time. Then he changed the channel and they were showing the aftermath of a fight.
'Woah, it's pretty close.' As he continues to watch it because it was pretty interesting and he had nothing else to do better than this.
---Inko pov---
I was cooking dinner then suddenly I heard someone bang open the door so I went to check what happened at first I went to the living room, but Izuku was not there so I asked Haruku but she also didn't know, and now I am worried that something might have happened.
---Back to 3rd person pov---
Izuku was running on the street as fast as he can he say something on the T.V. that he couldn't believe was true or he didn't want it to be true. So he has to see for himself.
After a few minutes of running, he reached the place that was shown on the news the police and heroes have already contained the whole area he was sure that they won't let him through, but he has to.
As soon he reached there the officers saw him and tried to stop him but he didn't slow down even a bit but they catch him and pinned him down on the ground but he continues to struggle to get free. Then another officer came up to him.
"What's your name?" He said in a monotone voice.
"Izuku Midoriya"
He looked at him with a sad expression "I am sorry for your loss."
The moment he heard those words it's like his whole body lost energy and he stops trying to get free the others let go of him and he stood up and the officer escorted him to a stretcher with a body lying on it which was covered by a white cloth which was soaked in blood at the abdominal just like many other that were there. Slowly the official lifted the cloth to show Izuku the face of the body.
When Izuku saw the body's face, it felt like someone hit him with a hammer on his chest. It felt like this mind has gone blank as tears started to flow down his eyes.
"She held out for pretty long, and till the end, she said she wanted to meet you."
"What about the hero who was fighting the villain?" He said in a voice that was low but still filled with sorrow and anger.
"He is safe but not in the best condition I would say." He points towards a hero who was sitting at the back of the ambulance and his whole body was covered in claw and burn marks.
He walked up to the hero and without even saying anything he punched him in the face but before he could punch him again a few people grabbed him the hero he has punched said nothing or did anything because maybe he knew that there is nothing he could. Izuku tried to get himself free but to no avail. So he started shouting at him.
" YOU CALL YOURSELF A HERO AND THIS IS WHAT YOU DO. LET PEOPLE DIE WHILE YOU ARE SITTING THERE AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED!!!!
OR ARE YOU JUST PLAYING PRETEND?!?!?
I BET YOU DODN'T EVEN CARE HOW MANY HAVE DIED, CAUSE YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY AND POPULARITY.
AFTER ALL, YOU HEROS ARE ALL ABOUT THAT!!!!"
He knew that none of this was his fault or maybe it is but still he just went on and on because he has to vent his anger on someone or something, now that he had lost what you can call a supporting pillar of his life, he couldn't help it.
When Izuku was shouting all that, a hero standing in the crowd walked up to them and punched him, and Izuku dropped to the ground.
"Don't you dare speak about him like that, you....." And at that moment Izuku can't hear anything, it felt like he was falling into some void alone, empty, nobody was there for him. Only he was there with all this sadness and anger.
He touched his face where the hero has punched him but the moment he touches his face he felt the pain that drags him back to his senses. He looked up to the hero who still god knows what was shouting, he stood up but his head still down. The hero who has been yealing at him for a while now seems to lose his patience.
"HEY!!! BASTARD *Grabs his collar* you even listening to what I am saying? ANSWER ME DAMN IT." He pushed his back but still, Izuku kept quiet and this pissed him even more so again and again, he was pushing him back by hitting him on the shoulder every time saying something, but Izuku couldn't hear him or anything for that matter the only thing in his head was his voice echoing.
It felt like he can't even make out what that voice was saying but one thing was clear that it was saying something, something like-
"𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐇𝐈𝐌𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐇𝐈𝐌𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐇𝐈𝐌𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐇𝐈𝐌...."
Again that hero pushed him back but this time Izuku kneed him in the balls so hard the hero's mind gone blank for a sec but that was more than enough for Izuku to beat that bastard.
Izuku grabbed the nape of the hero pulled him down and kneed his face multiple times. He let go of the hero but he was still standing so Izuku gave him an uppercut on the face but still, he didn't drop down on the ground because he was holding Izuku's collar before Izuku could do anything the hero starting punching him on the face without holding back.
Izuku was about to pass out but he gathers up all his strength jumped up bent his body backward so that both of his feet are facing the hero and kicked him on the stomach which sent both of them rolling backward.
Izuku was overall fine just too much pain on his face but he's used to it, bleeding nose, and his t-shirt was all torn up from the front, but the hero was not so good as he was lying on the ground he was holding his ball growling in pain as he spat out some blood with some broken pieces of teeth.
Izuku sat up and looked around and everybody was looking at him like he was some kind of thing out of this world. He for sure knew that he will be in trouble for this but the hero that he punched earlier walked up to him and bowed before him, and that shocked him.
"I am sorry, for I can't save someone important to you, truly I am"
Before he could say anything else izuku cut him "You being sorry will not bring her back, and if you want to do something just let me go and leave me be."
He stood up and started to walk away ignoring whatever the people behind him were saying. But the reporters there kind of got everything he did without even realizing izuku beat up a so-called pro hero on national television.
Walking alone on the streets he only felt pain in his heart as tears fall down his eyes but still, he had an angry expression on his face again his mind was a mess. he didn't know what he should do in this situation. This came to him so suddenly that he couldn't even react properly just ran out of the house without even his shoes like a maniac.
Slowly he was walking towards his house then suddenly the street light in front of him flickered. He stops and looked at it and it turned off but after a second or so it again turns on and this time someone was standing there and it was another version of Midoriya with his middle school uniform and his yellow bag.
"HEY, Midoriya." The figure said with a smile "You look terrible and... badass."
This time Izuku was not just in the mood for this kind of shit so he ignored it. "What do you think you can ignore me forever, I already told you I am nothing but you, remember."
Again there was silence and they both were walking together.
"...I am sad but for some reason, I can't stop smiling you know. Maybe it's your influence on me or something...
So what are we supposed to do now that Itsuki Sensei is dead? I already feel so lonely without her don't you?"
"I don't know what am I suppose to do now, I wanted to be a hero was that too much to ask does *Sob* it have to *Sob* turn out like this."
The figure behind him just stood there it didn't say anything just watching him.
"Hey, can I ask you something?" Izuku said to the figure.
"Anything"
"Why do you always came at this kind of time?"
The figure smiled "I don't know... But I can tell you this that I will always come when you feel, that you can turn to no one else. I will be there to help you out, no matter what." He started walking towards Izuku "Well time for me to go. Let's hope we don't meet soon again." And he disappeared.
"Yeah, Let's hope so."
When he reaches home his mom was already waiting outside for him when she saw him she ran up to him and before she could touch him he said.
"Leave me alone." When she heard what he said, she was shocked because she never once said something too harsh, and in such a tone. She couldn't say anything back to him as she just watches him walk away.
The next day Izuku was lying on his bead and his eyes were red because of all the crying he had done last night and now it feels like his head is spinning. So he just lied there him mom was off to work and he has no idea where his sister is.
Suddenly the doorbell started ringing but he didn't pay any attention to it but whoever was at the door was not leaving just kept ringing the doorbell again and again so after a while it got annoying so he got up and opened the door.
When he saw who it was it was a man probably in his 50's or so in a black suit black hair but some of them were white ruby red eyes and small wrinkles all over his face and had a suitcase with him.
The moment izuku saw that man he was like 'Just what I needed to make this day perfect.' So he was about to close the door but the man said something.
"I am here because Itsuki Yosori asked me to."
When Izuku heard that name he started at that man "Come inside."
Izuku and that man were sitting on the couch facing each other and that man took out some papers from his briefcase and gave them to izuku.
"My name is Enji Matoie, I was her lawyer. She asked me to give everything she owes to you if something ever happens to her."
Izuku was shocked but didn't show it on his face "But why me, why not her family?"
"She could if she had any. All of her family members died as 'Heroes in duty.' And it seems like she also."
"What do you mean?" Izuku asked with a surprised tone.
"I asked the heroes about the incident so she tried to save someone, instead of saving her own life *Heavy sigh* I knew her since she was just a baby. Always causing trouble for everyone."
Enji had a painful smile on his face and so did Izuku.
"Izuku I have something for you." He handed him an envelope
Izuku looked inside and he found a single piece of paper inside, he unfolded that piece of paper and inside of it looks like a letter-
...
HI Midoriya
I hope you are doing fine and are not too sad because of my death, I hoped you never have to read this letter but things turn out differently. I wrote this just in case someday I died after all nobody knows when they will die.
I wanted to saw a lot of things but-,
I was always very sad, every time I see you I felt sorry for you because of the things you have to go through. Every day you keep up with all this thing that happens to you, but I never showed my sadness I always acted childish and carefree in front of you to help you relieve some of your stress.
I wanted to help you and give you a shoulder to lean on, but don't get upset that I am dead. I want to say good luck to you for your future, it may be full of hardship and you have to struggle a lot but I hope you never give up and do what you think is right.
I want you to be happy and have a genuine smile on your face, not that fake one you had all the time.
...
When izuku finished reading that letter he... Cried.
He didn't know how to respond to that letter, he didn't know what to saw. He just felt a sharp pain in his chest and tears flow down his face.

A/N:- I made UA a college, don't ask why. there are many reasons for it, I don't want to make Midoriya overpowered in just a year because I hate characters suddenly getting overpowered out of nowhere, I can make a good story flow, it will not affect the story what so ever and there will be no harem (cause I hate it) the moment I see 'HAREM' tag on an anime I don't watch it but I mean what even is a harem. Girl from your childhood study in the same school same class, other girl be like...
I am telling you, I watched the whole 'Date a live' just to see Kurumi Tokisaki/ Nightmare/ The girl in the orange dress. In all honesty, I liked everything about her but turns out she also simp for the main guy.
FUCKING WHY!?!?!?!?!?!? *ANGRY BACKGROUND NOISES*
Side note:- My mom while working in the kitchen broke one of her feet finger along with the nail and burned her foot.
And I couldn't decide to take her to the hospital or leave her there (I panicked because of her crying 😂 )
