Alessia's alarm rang at 4:30 AM, stirring her awake. She kicked her feet under the duvet for a minute before calming down, reminiscing about the vivid dream she had. It felt so real, like a memory. In the dream, she stood in her middle school uniform, at gunpoint to save a man twice her age. Fierce and desperate, she was determined to save him.

By 4:55 AM, she arrived at Il Mannos Gym. Few people were there already. She proceeded to the reception to register. The expansive gym was well-organized, with various sections and sleek equipment. The environment was calm and ambient.

She scanned the gym, expecting to see Xavier, but he didn't show up. The recommendation given to her was to focus on building core strength and endurance, crucial for the self-defense training she planned to undertake.

Starting her routine, her motivation and energy were high. "Do you need help with that?" a guy offered, trying to start a conversation.
