Watching him walk into her room, Delilah's eyes flashed with anger. "I didn't invite you into my bedroom. Get out," she snapped, pointing to the door.
"What is your problem, Lila?" Hunter's frustration slipped into his voice, as he walked further into the room despite her command to leave.
He watched as her green eyes crackled with anger as though electricity was passing through them. "My problem? Did you just ask what my problem is? My problem is you!" Delilah shot back, her voice rising as she pushed herself up from the bed, forgetting in her anger that she was still in her underwear.
Hunter's eyes flicked over her, his surprise evident as he took in her state of undress.
Seeing the surprise on his face, Delilah assumed it was because he was taken aback by her burst of temper. "What? Can't talk anymore?" She asked, staring him down.
"Dress up and come out let's have a proper conversation like two adults," Hunter suggested as he turned to leave.
