Chương 10: Chapter 10
"Bang, bang", there was a knock on the door. It was Aurora's parents. The door was opened to them, and they came in. Aurora was devastated, as she sat on the floor, her eye-bags were swollen and rosy from crying. Her mum consoled her, and she fell asleep.
Her dad, being a boss of a mafia group, had the best of his men track Liam's phone down.
"Sire, his location could not be found", one of his men called to update him on their progress.
"What do you mean by that?", Mr. Peterson asked, yelling at one of his men. "Try to track his phone...or his car, his car has a tracker. Try your best to find him. I don't like seeing my daughter in this condition."
"Alright sir", he replied.
His men continued to track Liam's location. His car was successfully tracked, but his phone wasn't. Mr Peterson was updated by a call.
"Alright, gather your men and go to the location of his car. Try to find hints or evidence that can help to find Liam. Get to it quick.", Mr Peterson answered.
"Alright sir", he replied.
"Get to the location as fast as possible and lay ambush around the car to see if you can find anything or anyone suspicious", Mr Peterson said to him.
"Alright sir, we will update you on any new information sir."
"Good, get to work.", Mr Peterson said.

The next morning, the men went to the location of Liam's car. They found a bottle, they examined it and realized that it was anesthetic gas. They searched around and found a big dent at the back of Liam's car.
They couldn't find any other clue. They went back home, telling Mr. Peterson about what they discovered.
"Is anyone in a misunderstanding with Liam?", Mr Peterson asked.
"No...no...no...I...I...don't think so", Aurora answered, with a shaky voice. "What has happened to my Liam?", she asked, weeping.
"Calm down young lady, Liam is surely okay", Mr Peterson replied. "Was he ever threatened or tormented?", he asked.
"No"
"Think deeply young lady", her father said to her.
"Lucas! Yes! Him. Lucas! He...he sent some letters and texts. He was threatening to harm Liam or me", she replied.
"Lucas, huh? Get me information about his whereabouts and be fast with it", he said.
"Yes sir", one of the men replied before leaving.
"Calm down", her dad tried calming her.
She nods positively and wiped her face. She was sent to her room, to shower and take care of herself, assuring her that Liam will be found.
Her mom tried cheering her up by cracking jokes to her and telling her stories. She eventually fell asleep, and her father continued to track Lucas.
They had high hopes of finding Liam and dealing with Lucas once and for all. Mr Peterson kept in contact with the men he sent to find information about Lucas.
