Chương 17: PICNIC

I can't meet Lianno's intense gaze. The gaze that can melt me and struck me into stones.

"Celestina, let's go" His deep and masculine voice entered my ears that sends chills to my body.

I followed his steps and ride the same car which I rode yesterday, the gold McLaren P1 LM. I became uneasy as I sit beside him. He looks so serious just by casually sitting. I wondered, what does he look like when he is doing his duty as a prince? My eyes widened at that thought. How can I think of that?

I looked at Lianno and got flustered when I saw that he is looking at me too. I quickly looked away as I felt my cheeks burned. Remind me to not look at Lianno, I said to myself.

"Celestina, how's your stay here?" Out of nowhere, Lianno asked.

My breathing hitched and my eyes widened in shock.

"F-Fine" I stuttered. What the h*ck? Why did I stutter in front of him? That must be so embarrassing. He's probably laughing and thinking weirdly at me now.

"Good" He nodded as he replied back. It became awkward after that talk. The silent air forming is unbearable. I cleared my throat which I regretted the most. Lianno looked at me worriedly, that I need to shake my head as fast as I can.

I saw him furrowed his brows at me. I pouted my lips and look at my side hiding my embarrassment. The car suddenly stop in a greenfield filled with trees. The scenery made my jaw dropped. There's an enchanted fall at the right side of it. A picnic setup can be seen at the middle.

I get out from the car with my hands covering my mouth. I saw Lianno smiling at my peripheral view. My heart melted at what I saw. At least he knows how to smile. He guided me as we walk together towards the setup.

The guards stayed at the front. The only one who is following us is a maid carrying a basket that I think is filled with foods. The maid arranged the foods for us. Lianno helped me sit on comfortably since I'm wearing a skirt.

"What do you want to do now, Celestina?" He asked after we sit comfortably.

"Up to you" I said shyly. He looks amazed by my answer. I laughed awkwardly by that.

"Let's eat first" He said.

We eat quietly afterwards. The chicken pasta salad is my favorite together with the Lemon Chicken Wrap. While Lianno is just eating the Mediterranean grilled Chicken salad and some fruits. There are a lot of foods placed in the Picnic mat, number one in them is fruits.

"I'll tour you around, Celestina" I look up and got surprised when Lianno's hand greeted me.

"Uhm…" I don't know what to say. He kneeled down and grab my hand. Making me look straightly at his eyes. Our eyes suddenly met my world stopped as I look directly in his eyes. His green eyes that is mesmerizing to look at.

I looked away and cleared my throat. He stood up and looked away too. I held my cheeks while standing up to calm my nerves down and hide my blushing face.

Silent, that is the thing forming in us now. Walking behind him is the best decision I ever made so far. I can breathe freely and do whatever I want when I'm in the back. The scenery is very alluring. Trees that have different color of leaves. Green, Blue, Pink and purple, I smiled while looking at these strange kinds of trees. I loudly laugh when I saw two Squirrels chasing each other.

I quickly covered my mouth when I saw Lianno glancing at me. I formed me hands into a peace sign and showed it to him. He shook his head and continued to walk. We've been walking for a few minutes now, that my feet is starting to ache.

I saw a large stone at the side of the falls. It's a great spot to sit at, giving you the completely look of the field.

"Lianno!" I shouted after counting up to three to gain the confidence to do it. He glanced at my direction. I pointed out the rock which I saw earlier. He looked at me with questioning. I sighed and mouthed 'I want to sit'. He slowly nodded at what I mouthed and begun to walk towards the direction of the rock.

I followed him happily, thinking that it will be a rest time for me now. Once we reached the destination, I delightfully sited and closed my eyes.

"What is your full name, Celestina?" I heard a man's voice not so far away in my right side. I guess he's sitting beside me.

"Why are you asking?" I asked back, slowly opening my eyes. I adjusted myself with the lightness.

I looked at his direction. I can clearly see his face now. His pointed nose and long lashes. I'm looking at his face for too long that I didn't see his open eyes.

"Celestina Monice, That's my name" I told him before looking away.

"Monice, huh? I'll call you Monice from now on" He said. He's not even asking for it even if it's my name. I rolled my eyes at him. I can't even say no to him.

He smirked at me. I rolled my eyes once again before looking at the fall's direction. The sound of the falling water is a music to my ears. The birds flying in the sky and the trees that is dancing with wind calms me.

You know that feeling when a scenery calm you down? I just feel satisfied while looking at this. I closed my eyes and turn my head rightwards. Feeling the freshness of the air and the absorbing the sound of the falling water.

I opened my eyes, surprised by what I see. Lianno's face in front of me, Inches away. Our breathing becomes hitched as we go speechless. My heart beating so fast
