Xia Che was a crayfish monster that cultivated to become a human, but from then on he was the epitome of unlucky.
But because he was friends with a Koi fish, he was able to escape his predicament.
One fine day the Koi fish disappeared and our silly little crayfish lost his luck. He was all alone for many years until an ugly snake landed on his lap. The snake turned out to have exponential luck.
Xia che: “Let me pet you today as well little worm. I want to trip on a pot of gold.” He rubbed the coarse scales of the snake.
Long Aotian: ‘How dare you try to pet this majestic dragon,’ he bit his offending hands and squirmed.
Xia che: “Stop squirming little worm, I might cook you for dinner instead. I heard humans say that snakes are good for your liver.”
Long Aotian: “You....You”
The little ugly snake changed into a majestic dragon and pushed the crayfish down. He ate till his heart’s content.

I wasn’t too sure at first I wanted to read this story because of a crayfish. But because of the reviews, I decided to give it a go. So far, I love it because of the comedic elements which had me laughing and smiling. I also find all the characters to be interesting and for the most part, funny. It is not heavy reading in the sense that there are unnecessary dramas and plot twists and turns that leave a reader confused which is awesome! And I am glad that this is a sweet and kind MC and I like his relationship with the ML. Even though the MC has been sheltered his whole life, he is just sweet!!!

When I read the synopsis, I was all like: Hilarious! And then it only gets better and better! This is the first time I'm reading a book about a CRAYFISH. And I'm thinking, why didn't I know about this story? I mean it's so good.
I really like this one too!! when I saw the summary I thought it was going to be a overly long push and pull couple but they moved on and dated pretty fast (I like it😏😊) and the bed activities were quite fun to read and the side couple let's just hope and pray for them 🙏🙏 anyways I highly highly recommend this book and just read it people!!!
This story starts out sad, I felt sorry for the crawfish's fate but then a ray of hope, one egg with a golden halo, that attracts the beautiful but lonely koi. The koi proves to be a loving mother to the little crawfish but teaches disciple for cultuvation to become a human, wow! An incredible, well written story. Good balance and character description. Great job author! Another read for my Library!

I really like this story.The characters are interesting and I can wait to see where the story goes but I have few issues with it.My first is that it constantly switches between third and first person with no warning and my second issue is that it needs to be edited for these reason I can't give it a higher score.

The synopsis was very funny, so I read the first chapter of this book. It was entertaining and well written. I definitely plan on reading more to find out what will happen next. 😆
It was funny. The mc is funny. So he's not actually lucky but because of the koi fish, he became one. I wonder what will happen to him and the black dragon?
The main character and the male lead are pretty cute, and the story is filled with a lot of funny moments. It's a really nice read. Though, I do think that the development of the dragon's feelings towards the protagonist happened a bit fast. The grammar isn't the best, but it's easy to ignore in favour of the story.

I dont usually write reviews as im too lazy and im rushing this one since I should be asleep. But the characters are great, the mc is super funny and its like he got a six sense when communicating with Long Aotian which is COOL. All in all just give thus book a chance 😊 but most importantly kEeP aN EyE oUt FoR sElEnEr 👁️
