Fancy tiaras and dresses never interested Amelia Blackwell, current princess of the Backwell castle. It had always been the throne in the middle of the court that caught her eyes. The throne was the only thing she ever desired but the men in her life reminded her of how it would never belong to a princess.
When talks of her marriage flood the castle and news that her father wishes to make her cousin Fraser Adams his heir, Amelia takes matters into her own hands. She sets off to find her own husband and plots to take the throne.
Meeting the king of the north Killian Bune doesn’t make her life any easier. Along her way she finds love, betrayal, death, envy, and more as she tries to become queen.

nice plot, with amazing characters and character development..it's just turn of events were slow because of those little side stories inserted every now and then, especially those side stories are kinda repetitive that readers already know it and writer keep on remining about it.. overall it was a nice story
This author really is phenomenal. I enjoy anything written, well thought out story and plot. Not sure how these get picked up for publish but I’d it as a hard copy. Captivating story, cannot wait to see how this develops further I am annoyed I have read all available chapters! Great job.
A brilliant, comedic, and well developed story. There are some grammatical errors throughout that you have to fill in yourself, but it didn't take away from the development of this novel. I would read this again. Well done!
Wasn't sure if I would love this one as much as the Duke's Masked Wife, but this was such a great fantasy story!
