Max rubbed his eyes, noticing something was wrong with his vision. It appeared foggy and he could see things that shouldn't be there.
However, even after rubbing his eyes until they turned red, nothing changed. He exclaimed,

There wasn't much change in the ability's description, but the word atomic changed everything.
Lucy, the mountain fairy, seemed excited, as if she had accomplished something incredible.
Max kept grumbling about primary mastery, that and primary mastery of this.
But she did it, and it was easy.
She was such a genius that even she didn't know how she did it.
She just fell asleep or something and woke up with it.
Max patted Lucy excitedly and immediately opened the detailed information about the ability.
The simulator provided vast amounts of data, but most of it was beyond his comprehension, likely intended for researchers and scientists.
Nonetheless, Max managed to grasp a few things.

After some reading, Max's excitement died down a little after he found multiple weaknesses.
1st. The innate-ability doesn't work on living creatures, although usable on a dead body.
2nd. Moving atoms is too slow and technically unusable in combat, at least not in real time.
3rd. If Lucy is controlling something on the atomic level, any outside effect applied on the targeted atoms, no matter how little, will break Lucy's concentration, and she will suffer a certain type of spiritual headache and can't control atoms for the next few hours.
"even so, it's still too overpowered, and it's just in the primary Mastery now,." Max suddenly had an idea. "Little Lu, if I can get my hand on some uranium, won't we be able to mass produce NUKES?"
The idea made Max's poor heart stop beating.
Lucy looked proud, closing her eyes and putting her little hands on her waist.
Although honestly she didn't understand much, but it should be words of praise. This made her happy.
Max shook his head. He was too excited.
"Now it's time to leave the city first." Looking outside, it's still dark, but this is the best time.
Max pick up Lucy, and left the hotel, and got inside a taxi.
The little one knew what will happen next and her excitement had reached a peak, it will be her first time possessing a mountain.
On the way, Max's thoughts were still stuck on nukes. You have to understand this world doesn't have nuclear weapons.
After all, there is only one Albert Einstein who died on Earth.
This means if Max is successful, he will monopolize nuclear weapons.
However, this world has its own geniuses who have created a powerful technological weapon of mass destruction, called the O&HB missile.
This missile can trigger a chemical chain reaction that causes the air to ignite, burning all the oxygen and hydrogen within a 2km radius, turning the land into a sea of fire.

As the taxi came to a stop, Max broke free from his messy thoughts.
Max walked inside the shop.
They called him 2days ago to come and receive his purchase, but because Max didn't want to leave the room, he told them I'd come later, anyway he already paid half of the price.
Max looked around, and he didn't find the familiar fat man, only a pale thin man with red eyes and a collar, was in the shop.
' a vampire slave.'
The vampire smiled and came to Max.

The vampire took a silver suitcase and handed it to Max.
Max opened the suitcase. It was warm inside it.
Looking at the row of well organized gray eggs inside, Max was satisfied.
"alright I will take my leave."
The vampire nodded, since the money was already deducted from Max's account.

Next, Max walked to the city wall.
Holding a suitcase and walking at night might look like a recipe to get robbed, but in this dangerous city, gangsters will only rob two targets.
An obviously weak-looking person or someone confirmed to be weak.
