Ava held her throat as she narrowed at Ulva's back.
"Damnit!" Ava wasn't so used Just a little more and she would have snapped. At least, the training that she had in that place had some positive results. She composed herself and followed Ulva towards the garden where the latter asked her to once again grow the flowers out of nowhere.
Seeing her stand there, away from everyone else, Ulva smiled.
"Do you understand now, Mildred?" Ulva asked. "Even in this plane, people would always bow down to the strong. Do not let nepotism get to you. As long as you are strong, you will succeed and people will respect you."
"But what would happen if she would tell the prince?"
"She won't," Ulva said. "Such a weakling actually dared to brandish her fangs in front of me. Did you really think I would let her get away with this?"
"No. Priestess."
