"You don't talk to me anymore, huh? Have I strayed from your path? Have I betrayed you by agreeing to that mandalorian's wish? I just wanted to save you.."
Said Val, holding a paper-photo of Mertens.
On the picture, Mertens had brown haired braids with piercings up her nose.
Cat-like eyes that meow'd the heart of the world.
And a smile Val rarely seen in her life.
"I wonder what you are doing right now. I wonder if you are thinking about me too. I wonder if I'm on your mind.. I wonder if you feel what I feel.. This fake friendship.. This lie. I wonder if this is what people called 'Love'..."
Her thumb caressing the face of Mertens' picture, Val was having trouble putting straight her feelings.
It was a cold night and the loneliness she felt every night made her think that maybe, she was to be by the side of Mertens.
Her smile was missing her.
Her hand's softness.
Val was sad.
Sad, that wanting something so pure, was not within her reach.
"I am evil, I know... I reek of blood from innocents. I stink of screams from pure hearts. I killed for pleasure. I killed to conquer. I killed to doninate. My fate as a carpenter of a straight life has gone to ash a long time ago. But I wonder if you still wants me.. Damn, I'm getting crazy here. I so want to be with you."
On her king-size bed, Val creeps the other hand down there.
A glance at the picture of Mertens, Val screeches of moaning till the dawn of tomorrow.
[INTERLUDE]
"Boss. We finally decoded Helsie's crypted work. But.. The message it has is not... I'll leave the record there.. Whenever you are feel ready to open it up, it'll be at arm's reach. And I'm sorry again Boss. We all are for your loss."

Sitting by the window-shield reflecting the voidness of the space.
The Mandalorian removed his helmet, revealing quite a nice chevelure.
"Helsie.. Vanessa Prompto. Juàn Vergo. Darnio Mandras. Bible. Fett. Solis. John. They all died, except for me, Their Leader*. I was lucky enough to survive hell. And I'm going to lay it down on her.. My Vengeance can't be prevented. One day, I will kill you, Val Ky Rae."
