You should remove the tag "egoist", Your MC does not represent this Tag in any way, he feels bad for bad things he does or that could hurt someone, I don't know if he is doing it on purpose but if yes you will have to detail his thinking. Just freya's birth he cries, and say he fell in love with the baby, lol The Tag "egoist" represents an MC who only cares about himself, apart from him everyone is only a tool whether his wife or even his children, who would be ready to kill if it brings him a benefit ( read "Reborn have a Bolton" you will see a real MC "egotist")

Grammar is horrible, and the MC gets mad at the most random things. The author obviously doesn’t have a plan for the story, and writes whatever he feels like regardless of the timeline.
