Chương 53: Mystery

When the bright light cleared and their eyes got adjusted to the ambience again, Solis and Jovis saw that the pen-sized metal object which Anthem had just put in Noir's hand had transformed into a staff the height of a tall human. In fact, the gleaming metal staff was now longer than Noir – and if he held it in his hand when he stood up, with one end touching the ground, the staff would be several inches taller than him. The colourless crystal or gemstone, which Solis had noticed earlier on one end of the metal object – that, too, had now grown to be as big as the palm of his hand. It no longer looked colourless – instead, it gleamed with all the colours of the rainbow, showing off a magnificent brilliance that left one dazed.

The light enveloped Noir's body, forming a glowing, multi coloured net around him. The crystal kept flashing like disco lights, and Noir's complexion started improving slowly.
