Meanwhile, Arashi arrived and found Itachi sitting on the edge of the cliff while waiting for Shisui,

'Shisui…

You're late.'

Itachi looks at the cloud as he thinks of Shisui,

"When's Big Brother coming? He told me I'll find you here. Where's my gift?"

Itachi looks at Arashi and smiles,

"You have to be patient with him, Arashi." Itachi stands up,

"In the meantime, would you like me to teach you something?"

Arashi excitedly nods,

Rustle…

Suddenly, Arashi and Itachi turn around, hearing a rustle in the leaves,

They stared at the rustling leaves as their guard is raised not knowing who it was.

"Itachi." Shisui comes out of the bushes holding his shoulder and his tanto in the other hand. He was limping towards them and his Sharingan turned off.

"Big brother!" Arashi ran to his brother,

"Huh? You seem tired Shisui." Shisui was panting, his body was leaning heavily against Arashi as he helped him walk.

"What happened?" Itachi asked.

"They attacked us.

I'm not sure what happened to Kakashi but.

He said he'll be fine, and he told me to get out of there and wait here."

Shisui stopped breathing heavily and stood up straight.

"Itachi, our plans have to be put on hold."

Arashi looked at Shisui and asked,

"Plans? What plans are you two talking about?"

Shisui And Itachi glanced at him. Unfortunately, they couldn't tell him anything.

'Are they hiding something from me?'

Shisui looked at Arashi with a forced smile, he put his hand over his head and ruffled his hair.

"Sorry Arashi, I can't tell you about this. You just have to trust us to handle this."

Whoosh!

Shisui And Itachi stood in front of him hearing someone in the bush.

"Relax, it's just me," Kakashi said as he stepped out of the shadows. He put his hands up as he got closer.

"What's going on?" Arashi asked,

Shisui glanced at Arashi, he seemed tense, a lot more intense than he's ever been.

"Nothing, Itachi, send a clone to take Arashi home." Shisui looked at Arashi,

"I promise I'll explain it to you, but for now you should listen to me with no question."

Itachi made a hand sign.

"Shadow clone jutsu!"

Poof!

A clone of Itachi appeared from a cloud of smoke.

"Let's go, Arashi."

Arashi looked back at Shisui; he seemed stressed, plus he was holding his shoulder in pain and trying to hide something.

After seeing Arashi leave, Itachi turned to Shisui and asked,

"Shisui, what's going on?"

"It's Danzo Shimura, Kakashi and I have been making a plan to stop the coup d'état. But there's a problem now.

If Danzo-sama doesn't even trust us, then what's saying the Hokage won't as well?"

Kakashi shook his head,

"No, Lord Third still wants peace with everyone, it's just that his colleagues don't share the same vision specifically Danzo.

Let's set a meeting with him today, we'll tell him what happened and negotiate for a compromise."

Shisui And Itachi frowned.

Seeing this, Kakashi reassured them,

Meanwhile, Arashi and Itachi's clone arrived at Shisui's place. They'd been there for a while. Arashi was in his room while Itachi stayed in the living room,

"Who is it?"

He opens the door slightly and sees Naruto standing outside,

"Huh? Big brother Itachi? What are you doing here? When I talked to Sasuke, he said nearly everyone in the clan wasn't home. Where's Arashi?"

"Come in, he's right over there." Itachi welcomed him with a smile.

'This isn't good at all, the timing for your arrival is bad, Naruto.'

Naruto walked into the house and saw Arashi peaking from his room,

"Arashi! What's up?" Naruto smiled seeing him,

"Hey Arashi, how's it going? I thought you and Shisui were at the cliff or something."

"Nothing much, I didn't get to train at all, because of some emergency or something…

Shisui told Itachi to take me home."

"Woah! Is he okay?"

Arashi nods with a smile,

"My brother will be just fine.

He's the best shinobi ever, you know?"

Itachi was looking through the curtains, everything was normal, the houses were all empty but kids were playing outside as the sun dawned.

"Naruto, Arashi," Itachi called them. They both looked back at the same time,

"Don't come outside until I say so and don't make noise.

They're here."

Arashi widened his eyes,

"What? Who's here?!"

"Yeah, what's going on?" Naruto shared their confusion.

"Do you have any way to communicate with Shisui or the others?"

Arashi shook his head,

Itachi nodded and thought of a plan.

'If we leave now, I won't be able to beat them all and protect Arashi and Naruto.

Even if I make more clones and use a transformation, I can't risk getting hit, I'd leave Arashi defenseless and even if he can take care of himself, Naruto can't do it at the same level. It's suicide to try it.

We're trapped.'

Itachi activated his Sharingan and looked around, he calmly assessed the situation and all its endings.

"Wait Why'd you do that?"

"You're a genius, Itachi!"

Naruto looked at Arashi, confused as to what happened.

"Why's he a genius? He just stabbed his clone." Arashi looked back and nodded,

"If he does that, the real Itachi gets all the memories, so that's why."

Naruto held his chin and processed what he had just heard,

'I have no idea what's going on, but I'll go along.' Naruto folded his arms and nodded.

The real Itachi felt all the memories coming from the clone and stopped running with the rest.

"We have to go back!"

"What? Why?" Shisui asked.

"They're at your house, and so is Naruto."

Shisui widened his eyes and then frowned,

"Damn it! That coward Danzo! He knows we're onto him, so now he goes after the kids." Shisui started thinking of a plan, he had to be quick about it too.

"Itachi, you go back and protect them, I'll go on ahead with Kakashi.

This is our only opportunity to get rid of Danzo and defuse the clan at once.

Remember to not cause too much of a scene, if Fugaku hears of this we're all our attempts afterward will be near futile."

Itachi nodded and reassured Shisui,

"Don't worry, I'll get him back."

Shisui nods.

Itachi flickered away and started running back.
