In silence did the three men search for the last missing individual.
While the Meister had calmness plastered all over his demeanor, the Marquis and the Commander were wearing their ire on their faces.
Unable to bear the atmosphere any longer, Meister Parvor decided to speak.
"Are we just wandering aimlessly? If so, isn't it better for us to go our separate ways? It will be more efficient to make use of our time like that."
At that moment, their footsteps ceased. The Marquis gave the Meister a look and nodded.
"Yes, that seems better." Marquis Benedict said with a sigh, "As the both of you have seen, we should leave a trail using our blood. Lady Gertrude had done the same. We will be following her trail back to the entrance."
Commander Halkias heeded the Marquis' words and readily wounded himself with his sword. As for the Meister, he merely turned to face Marquis Benedict.
"Marquis Herkel Benedict, mind quelling my curiosity?"
