Chương 12: A friendly stroll
Max was calmly threading down the road.
It was a beautiful day.

in 48 seconds a carriage pulled by a giant mount and mutated horses was in sight, then with a mini gun gun Max aimed and fired upon the carriage. The adventuring team that took the task of escorting them used their shield to try to block the fire.
With the other hand, Max pulled out a grenade launcher and blasted down whatever little formation they barely had left.
And 10 secs later, Max got tired of this charade and pull out a detonator and hit the button.
Multiple explosions occurred simultaneously, burning the travelers while fragmenting their entire body.
And after it all settled, Max walked to where their burnt corpses were and started pouring cow piss on their corpses.
"Drink up you need nutrients my favorite acquaintances"said Max with a friendly smile.
And then Max realized.
"Instead of going to the capital, why don't I go to Torah?"said Max.
"And join an adventuring squad"
"And move up the ranks"
"Every transmigrator does it, I guess now should be my turn" Max said as his smile slowly turns psychotic.
And then turned to a direction and said. "Ahh, there comes my adventuring team".Max said as his smile turns wider.

A group was on a horse.
A girl with purple colored hair, wearing green clothes with roses on it.
A girl with brown hair, green eyes and wearing a purple dress.
And a middle-aged man with brown hair, brown eyes and wearing a chain mail armor.
They just came back from restocking their equipment and moving to the 4th most famous city in the continent.
The middle-aged man then said.
" I beat that crook good".
"Shut up" complained the 4'9 (1.45 m) named Enora
" Why are you always picking fights" said Krista
"We've been kicked out of 20 inns cause of you," said Enora
"One day you will fight some random aristocrat and get us all in trouble" complained the brown haired girl.
"Oh come on Krista, I know my limits." Said Eric .
"I will knock them out if they won't ever know it was me". Said Eric
"Eric just don't" pleaded Enora
As they chatted, a black silhouette slowly appeared away from them walking towards them sequentially.
"A few mins later"
"who's that" reported Enora
"Might be a lost child" said Eric.
And then as they got close, Max stopped and blocked them.
"Is there any problem" said Eric.
And Max simply said.
"I want to join your team".
The group was confused and then proceeded to ask.
"How did you know we are a team"cautiously said Eric.
"I didn't you just confirmed it" enthusiastically replied Max.
"Oh, well ok I guess you can join us" embarrassingly said the man.
And then suddenly the Krista entrapped max with wooden vines.
And then the figure of Max disappeared into air, the spreading like a mist.
500 meters away, Max looked on with a scope and said, "That attack could have gone for the kill, she was testing me."
"Well, my turn to test," Max smiled.
And then shifted the scope and took aim at the purple haired girl(Enora).
Bang!
The bullet cut through the air, but a tree wrapped around the purple haired girl's waist and dragged her away from the bullet's path.
Eric's veins turned black, he proceeded to pick up a spear and with full force threw it towards Max.
Breaking the sound barrier and reaching Max location in 0.1seconds.
Bang!
The bullet hit the spear, causing it to deviate from its path, shattering a nearby hill, then Eric jumped towards that location.
Max instantly took aim, but had to jump away and a few milliseconds wooden spikes pierced that location.
Eric landed, shattering everyone in his path as Max brought out enhanced guns similar to m16s.
Then Max held his breath, "Poison?" changing his ki rate to nullify it. Max seeing the situation was preceding in the worst direction said, "No need to fight, I've already lost".
Eric was shocked and said, "that's not right, how did you react so fast"
Max didn't answer and just smiled thinking, "Enhancement, plant control and poison control What a line-up".
Max turned his gaze towards a tree and said.
"Do I pass or do we check again?"
As he said that, vines came from the tree and slowly formed a humanoid which then spoke,
"If we tested any more I would have to give you my position."
Max smile grew wide to abnormal proportions.

A man was wearing his armor in front of a mirror.
After he was buckled up.He picked up a picture and said, "How many days has it been since I last saw your face".
He then dropped it, "I need to go out and clear my mind, and go back to a place.Doing something am used to will reduce the hole in my heart."
"The inhuman Rex will come back! I will suppress the living dead! This continent will cheer my name once more!"
