The sudden complaint caused Anabella to pause and look at the alpha, leading her out with a blank look.

She knew that the alpha did not like her, but he did not have to insult her like this.

'Is this truly the best insult he can come up with? Somehow, I expected better from Daniel. He can get creative with his insults when he wants to be.'

Seeing Anabella's frown made Daniel agitated, and he quickly defended himself.

"Hey, I am not simply saying you stink because I want to insult you. You do reek heavily of alpha pheromones mixed. Can you not smell them yourself? The smell is so thick…"

Daniel felt irritated to have his wife be covered in someone else's pheromones.

He might not like Anabella, but she was legally part of his pack. And unfortunately, this alpha recognized that and took it into account. It was driving Daniel mad to smell that scent.

'I should not feel bothered, and yet…I am a disgrace as an alpha who has an omega.'
