'Oh well', Otis slowly mouthed.
'But how ?' he asked curiously.
'That I don't know. But you could ask him soon enough'.
Not allowing Otis to ask another question again, he quickly continued his story.
' But then , about heaven or hell. Both are real, its just that no one knows how it looks like especially heaven. I mean hell had a description of everlasting burning lake but heaven, just the glory of God. You get Otis right '
'Yeah, a valid point bro, a valid point'.
'You know, I haven't really seen you before' Otis casually mentioned. ' I mean, I am you and you are me, but then we are still different. I mean in personalities, but how do you look like'.
He grunted and cleared his throat like an old African elder about to speak some words of wisdom to his heir.
'Otis, Otis, how many times did I call you ?.
'Twice' Otis replied with a hint of confusion.
'Yes Twice, cause the first is you and the other is me. It's just like the surname coming before your name, cause your surname gave birth to your name, that's you. Who ever you are is as a result of your surname and thus Otis, I'm a result of you'.
'Like father and child, you are my son?' he asked while chuckling.
'Nope, but in this our unique case, we are both equal. The main thing is whatever you think or envision me as is what I'm.'
'So if I imagined a cow tongue, you would appear as that to me ?'
immediately he saw his other self as appear in front of him, floating as a thick but small cow tongue.
Immediately a mouth with teeth formed on the small slab of meat, opened and spoke;
'Cow tongue Otis? man, get creative '.
Otis began to laugh as he saw the visible twitching and increase in red color of the meat which signified anger.
'But....' he tried to say before hearing the crackle of a thunder, then a blinding light that strucked his house down, turning it into perishing but floating balls of light.
'Rumble'
'Rumble'
The empty space, made of total darkness began to shake like an earthquake was happening.
Cracks and thin spaces of light began to form, as the floating dark clouds began to get sucked out through the created fissures.
'Other me! what the fuck is happening?'
'When there's light, there's always darkness, now reverse it. When darkness exist, light would surely come' he said calmly.
'You speaking in riddles man, you ain't our Lord and personal saviour cow tongue'.
The world, experienced a sudden loud trembling, which caused all the remaining area of nothingness to crack like
The voice in his head went silent. Was it angry been addressed as a cow tongue, he thought to himself.
Suddenly the rumbling stopped and the darkness began to get erased. Slowly, the space of emptiness was been eaten away by the life of creation. First was the sound of dripping water, then the formation of sand which began to solidfy, forming lands. The remaining dark clouds began to change its colour to white and floated upwards, as they all synced together forming a pale blue and white atmosphere to the beholder. Then came the grasses, spurting up in randomly and rapidly until an overgrown forest could be seen around. The sounds of movement, both light and heavy echoed around, telling the presence of life forms.
"Did someone call for me ?" a calm and soothing voice asked as a cool and chilling breeze blew past. A ball of light floated from the sky and landed softly in front of Otis. Slowly it began to create a humanoid shape, starting from the legs, down until the head was formed. The ball of light stood at 15ft in height, and towered above Otis and some other trees.
There were no facial features, and the only significant forms were its fingers and toes that were five digits each. Slowly the ball of light began to swirl and created a perfect reflective humanoid mirror.
Otis could see himself. His body was illuminating and was still the same before his suicide explosion, nothing changed.
The tall figure looked down and suddenly he felt a great pressure exerted upon him. He could feel his knees trembling, about to kiss the ground.
'Spiritual pressure' a calm voice spoke to him.
'Spiritual pressure ' Otis asked incredulously as he stared at the floating cow tongue by his side which didn't escape the attention of the figure above. He was expecting a response, as he fell to his two knees while still trying to keep his head afloat. No way he was going to take a bow that easily, at least he had to put up a fight. Still he could feel the strain and pain of trying to lift his against the invisible force as his line of sight with the ground got shorter.
'Apologize Otis, and change me from a cow tongue to free will'.
'Free will? man it seems my death really messed you up, unlike me ?'
'Yes Otis, the embodiment of free will exist, its just that you can't see it' he continued.
'But if you can't see it, then it doesn't exist!' Otis fired one in rage as his fore head was already lower than his back. Still his hands held firm in keeping it up from the ground.
'The more you look....'
'...the less you see. yeah, yeah. You don't need to remind me of myself. You have my will'.
A flash of light occurred and the cow tongue quickly changed into a golden eye.
' Bro you the illuminati? anyway, fucking help me'.
'If you say so'. The eye responded quickly and flew above Otis head and immediately slammed down on his neck.
'Bam'
His lips kissed the floor alongside his forehead as he took a bowing posture before the giant humanoid light.
'You fucking prick' Otis cursed.
'Quit your whining fool. That's the heavenly one over there'. The glowing eye cursed back.
Otis gulped a non existent saliva and decided to peek up.
The fifteen ft figure began to reduce its height at an abrupt pace as it became 7ft in mere seconds. Suddenly a mouth was formed as its face twitched like the opening of an animal flesh fro the inside by worms. Its lips curled upward as it gently spoke.
"I'm not the heavenly one. Do not mistake me for the creator, for I'm but a messenger".
He stared at Otis for a brief moment before glancing at the floating eye.
"Though I can't see your friend, but I can sense him beside you. Though you seem to take the feature of the All Knowing Eye, but you aren't him".
