Chương 38: Don't Cry

After copying a few videos that she will need and deleting them, the group finally left the company.

As they were standing in the parking lot, Zhang Yu Ying pursed her lips and stared at Ye Qing Xin for a long time. She knew that Ye Qing Xin had lost her memory and was worried that her friend would be uncomfortable after watching the footage.

While they were in that security room, Zhang Yu Ying saw Ye Qing Xin's pale face as well as the way she was rubbing her head. Zhang Yu Ying wondered if her friend might remember anything.

"I'm fine," Ye Qing Xin spoke, knowing that this friend was concerned about her. Then, her lips turned into a faint smile that did not reach her eyes. "Unfortunately, I still did not get back my memory."

"It's alright. Xin Xin, you should take it slowly," Zhang Yu Ying said.

After witnessing the footage earlier, Zhang Yu Ying thought that she could understand the reason Ye Qing Xin would choose to forget everything after the accident.
