Chương 1: Prologue

(Unedited)

Lawrence Hart was a good kid, he was smart and kind. He wanted to be a guard just like his father so he could protect the people of the Ark, or a teacher like his mother.

He always wanted to help, even if that meant giving away food rations occasionally or tutoring other kids.

Lawrence or Law as he was called for short lived his parents. In his eyes his dad was the coolest guy on the Ark and his mother was the kindest, most beautiful person ever.

But then a week after he turned 12 his mother got sick and due to the Ark's laws save couldn't be saved. When she died everything fell apart his father became a drunk and soon became abusive.

Law would explore the Ark to get away from his Father. He made a base in the unused restricted sections of the Ark, it's where he kept his books and valuables.

But soon Law started to get angry, at his father, at the council and soon other people.

Gone was the kind boy replaced with an angry and volatile kid. He would get into fights nearly every day, but never got caught. But there was hints of the kind boy still inside Law, he'd gave away food or water to those whom might need it like children or even cover for those who were caught up in something they shouldn't be caught up in.

But then he got arrested.

~One Year before Landing on Earth~

It's the anniversary of his mother's death and even if Law hates the man his father has become, he always visits his father in this day even if it just ends up with them arguing.

Opening his family's home, the stench of alcohol nearly overwhelms him but he's gotten used to it by now.

He steps in not bothering to announce himself. Law heads into the living room to see his father surrounded in moonshine bottles staring at the wall.

"Where the hell've you been" His father, Micheal, asks his speech slightly slurred.

"Where ever" Law reply's rudely.

"I'm your father show some respect"

"Sure" Law says not caring.

"The disrespect, just like your whore of a mother" His father spits out.

Law freezes no ever speaks badly of his mother she was a fucking saint. Law can feel it the sheer rage boiling inside awaiting to be unleashed.

"She never showed any respect either. To busy with those fucking books of hers, at least she was a good fuck though" Micheal says mockingly. "She never did shut up, but at least when she was around I could put her mouth to good use. But the the Stupid bitch went and got-"

Micheal never got to finish his rant as Law smash his fist right into his fathers face. Micheal stumbles shocked but anger takes over.

The fight is a blur for Law, the only thing that he really remembers is ramming his father through the front door or their apartment. Straddling him and unleashing a fury of fist on his fathers face, Law didn't stop even as people tried to pull him away.

By the time the guards came, Micheal's face was a bleeding swollen mess. His nose broken, jaw broke even his eye sockets were fractured.

When the guards managed to pull Law off his father, his anger turn towards them instead. He took out three guards before he was electrocuted but the electric batons of the guards.

Next time Law woke up he was in solitary, The Council already deciding he was guilty before he even woke up.
