Chương 16: 16. The Lady Helena
CHAPTER XVI: THE LADY HELENA
So I'm back in my room. I'm speechless to be honest. How exactly do I go about doing this? Kyle said my last SKIP will last 12 hours. After that when I'm within close proximity to Freya, the notification will pop up again. If I skip more time I will die. Most likely the next time I see her will be after this is tomorrow. Tomorrow I will meet her again and I... I am fucking screwed.
If I skip a mission 3 times I die. If I fail a mission I die. Suddenly this doesn't seem like much fun anymore.
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!!!
I hear a knock on the door. Oh right, I forgot about her. I walk across the room and open the door. As soon as I do, two people in cloaks suddenly burst in and immediately close the door.
"What the hell is going on!?" I demand.
They proceed to remove their hoods. One is Freya like I guessed. The other is the unconscious noble chick from the other day.
"This is not a good time Freya!" I warn her. It really is not a good time. My mind is really all over the place.
"Are you expecting company?" She asks. Looking around the room.
"I have a lot on my mind dude. I'm not really in the mood for this!" I answer defensively.
"I'm sorry but this is important!" She insists and proceeds to also shut the window. "This is the Lady Helena of Shrewsbury!" She added.
"Yes and...!?" I asked.
"What do you mean!? She's the woman you saved!"
"I know she's the woman I saved. I also saved you and all the other guards. If you're here about the favour. I have yet to make up my mind!" I explained.
Come to think of it. I do need a few favours but I can't have them knowing that.
"Well you're an adventurer right?" The Helena chick spoke for the first time.
Her voice is quite lovely. She looks to be in her 20s so I'm guessing she's married or engaged already. Her figure is also quite something. Even underneath all that cloak, her bust is quite prominent.
"I want to hire you for a quest!" She added. This is getting annoying.
"Listen Helena! I don't know how you people do things but you don't just hire people. You cannot buy me out of a favour which now that I think about I do have something I need but it's not something you can do for me!" I snap.
"It's LADY Helena. Show some respect!" Freya complained. She send a killing intent my way.
I see...don't underestimate me bitch. I quickly raise my power level and start shaking the entire building with my brilliant aura. They both get overwhelmed with fear from the sheer pressure emanating from me.
"I don't give a damn!" I roared. Just as quickly my aura dissipated and everything calmed.
Both girls were almost frozen with fear. I think that had my intended outcome.
"We just want to hire you for something. This has nothing to with the favour!" Helena said with a pleading look.
I have no regrets. My mind is still filled with the information from Kyle. I can't really concentrate on.... whatever this is. I proceed to sit on my bed and try to calm my myself. I can't afford to make any rash decisions now that I know for certain what is at stake.
"Continue!" I said to them both.
They exchanged a look before facing me again.
"I want to hire you as extra protection for an expedition that I'm planning!" Helena begins. "From what Freya told me and as I just witnessed myself, you are quite strong!" She adds.
"We plan to submit an official request to the guild but the fee you will receive is for an A-rank quest instead of C-rank!" Freya adds.
Well that all sounds pretty interesting but it still doesn't change my situation. The next time I get anywhere near Freya, my life will end. Unless of course I change things.
"So uhm... here's the thing." I begin. I close my eyes and ready myself. With renewed determination I look straight at Freya.
"I will agree to it all of you have sex with me."
An awkward moment ensues but my resolve holds firm. Freya looks to Helena and she looks back at her. After a few seconds Helena turns back to me.
"Is that the favour you wanted?" She asks with that annoyingly familiar disgusted look.
"Oh that... no! I've just wanted to do that ever since I met her!" I unconsciously answered honestly.
"That is completely out of the question." She begins. "I will not associate myself with such a vile man!" She put on her hood. "Let's go Freya!" She said as she reached for the door.
"Wait Lady Helena!" Freya suddenly said. She shyly turned to me as she blushed from ear to ear. "I'll do it, but only on one condition!"
