When someone heard talking about the King's Council Chamber, usually their mind would imagine that such meetings would take place in the throne room.

It was more than twenty meters (66,6 feet) long and over ten meters (33,3 feet) wide, decorated with a single gold embroidered red silk carpet. It went from the three meters (10 feet) wide double doors to the two steps that distanced the floor where nobles stood and the raised one for the royal family.

That way, even sitting on their golden thrones, carved to resemble a prancing griffon, they would be able to look down on every one of those present, reaffirming their status and authority.

The whole room was lighted by crystal chandeliers fueled by magic that left no space for shadows nor needed maintenance.
