"Teacher Xu Ran." As dusk fell, Xu Ran was resting in the courtyard when a young girl wearing a black mini skirt entered. Petite in stature, as she walked, the black skirt swayed to and fro, revealing large patches of fair skin on her shapely legs.
"Yue'er, what brings you here?" Xu Ran raised an eyebrow, looking at Shui Yue'er.
He clearly remembered the mess on his lower body when he had woken up; it definitely wasn't just his own...there had been traces of a girl's presence as well.
Already feeling somewhat guilty, Shui Yue'er felt even more so under Xu Ran's gaze, but she still mustered the courage to face him.
"Teacher Xu Ran, I've brought you something to eat. This is a specialty from Tianshui College, and it's really delicious," Shui Yue'er said, placing the food box she was carrying on the stone table and immediately looking at Xu Ran with a tense face, seeming quite guilty.
"Oh?" Xu Ran looked at Shui Yue'er with an amused expression. He wasn't a fool and could naturally see the thoughts Shui Yue'er harbored for him.
Though Shui Yue'er was not quite Shui Bing'er, she was nevertheless a rare beauty.
He, naturally, was not one to reject such advances; after all, he was a man, and whatever happened, the one at a loss was unlikely to be him.
Moreover, if Shui Yue'er were to assist him in the future, winning Shui Bing'er's heart would be much easier. And if Shui Yue'er helped him pursue her sister, it would have a rather intriguing feel to it.
"Teacher Xu Ran, is something wrong?" Shui Yue'er's heart skipped a beat as she looked into Xu Ran's eyes, brimming with meaning, growing even more anxious. She had come to bring Xu Ran food, in part because she was worried that the things she had done might be exposed, and also to gauge Xu Ran's reaction.
For all her boldness, she was still just a young girl. What would she do if that kind of thing were discovered?
Most importantly, what if Xu Ran began to despise her because of it?
If Xu Ran thought she was some easy girl, then she would be truly ruined.
Now that she had met Xu Ran, she had lost interest in all other boys. In her heart, Xu Ran was the most outstanding man in the world, and she could not let him slip away.
Xu Ran was aware of Shui Yue'er's feelings but chose not to point them out. Such a matter was too humiliating for a girl. Although Shui Yue'er was brave and had a broad mind, voicing it would be hurtful to her.
"Nothing much. Yue'er, have you eaten dinner yet?" Xu Ran approached Shui Yue'er and took her hand.
The man had feelings, and the woman had intent; Xu Ran certainly had no desire to hold back.
"No, not yet," Shui Yue'er replied, somewhat astonished to be holding hands with Xu Ran. Her large green eyes shone with disbelief. A blush crept onto her pretty face—what did Teacher Xu Ran mean by this?
"Come, let's eat together."
"But I don't like sweets; I prefer seafood," Xu Ran said, sitting on the chair, holding Shui Yue'er in his embrace, and smiling.
"Oh." Shui Yue'er, feeling dizzy with happiness, responded and couldn't help but blossom in his embrace. Sitting in such an intimate posture with Xu Ran filled her with an unprecedented sense of joy.
There was nothing happier in the world than having the person you like also show fondness for you.
"Here. Eat," Xu Ran said as he brought a piece of cake to Shui Yue'er's mouth. His fingers touched her lips, setting off shivers throughout her body.
"Teacher Xu Ran, I'm not hungry, you eat," said Shui Yue'er with a very flushed face, intoxicated as if drunk, her body producing a pleasing virgin fragrance that wafted into Xu Ran's nostrils.
"Eat up, you're really growing now. Besides, I don't like girls with poor figures," Xu Ran said, his palm involuntarily pulling Shui Yue'er even closer. Seated on Xu Ran's thigh, the bounciness of Shui Yue'er's buttocks became more apparent as her short skirt unfurled, allowing Xu Ran to intimately feel its texture.
Although Shui Yue'er was young, she was actually fifteen, a bit older than Zhu Qing and the others. Girls of this age are like budding flowers, tantalizing as they are about to bloom but not yet opened.
When Shui Yue'er heard Xu Ran say this, she glanced at her own figure and her face immediately soured, biting into the pastry from Xu Ran's hand.
"These days I've been unconscious, it's been Yue'er who's been taking care of me all along, hasn't it? You've worked hard," Xu Ran said.
"Teacher Xu Ran, it wasn't hard at all, not one bit. On the contrary, I was very happy. I..." Shui Yue'er choked down the pastry in one gulp and hurriedly continued. She was struggling to control the urge to confess her feelings to Xu Ran; her bold nature always drove her to pursue what she liked.
"Hmm?"
Xu Ran's gaze fell on Shui Yue'er.
"Teacher Xu Ran, I like you," Shui Yue'er blurted out, gritting her teeth. A mighty figure like Xu Ran was elusive, and there was no telling when he might leave Tianshui College. She didn't want to regret it after Xu Ran had gone.
"Hmm?"
"Teacher Xu Ran, from the moment I saw you, I've liked you. Auntie said you might be a centuries-old senior who maintains his youth with his 'Cultivation Level.' But I don't care, I just like you," said Shui Yue'er, her emotions in disarray as she wrapped her arms around Xu Ran's neck and straddled him face to face.
She had always been bold, and after a brief moment of hesitation, she quickly reverted to her carefree nature.
Her personality was quite obstinate.
In her heart, she would only marry the man she loved, and would only give her body and everything she treasured to that person. Even if he didn't like her back, she was prepared to rush in recklessly like a moth to a flame.
"Aren't you afraid I'd devour you completely, leaving nothing behind?"
"Aren't you worried at all, you little girl?"
Xu Ran used his index finger to lift up Shui Yue'er's delicate jaw, tilting her childish face upward, and looked at her with an amused smile.
Lucky for Shui Yue'er that she encountered him. If it had been anyone else, she might have been sold and still be counting money for her captor. He might be a womanizer, but he wouldn't commit the sort of hit-and-run he'd be blamed for afterward.
"Teacher Xu Ran is a good person; you wouldn't do that," said Shui Yue'er, her voice trembling coyly and then she asserted firmly.
"There's no such thing as an absolute good person in this world."
"But now you can't even run if you want to, there's no chance," Xu Ran said, lifting up Shui Yue'er's perky buttocks with one hand, the other pulling her skirt up to her waist...
Xu Ran was no saint, having abstained for so long during these days. How could he possibly hold back now?
Moreover, there was mutual desire between him and Shui Yue'er, and with her actively leaning into him, it was natural for him to indulge.
"Brother Xu Ran, can I call you that from now on?" asked Shui Yue'er, her eyes shyly fixed on Xu Ran, her heart pounding. Gazing at Xu Ran's handsome face, she was captivated.
"Sure."
