I'm liking it so far. it seems to be a pretty good story. whether or not you make this into a harem is up to you, but I recommend that you do add a bit of romance because that is already portrayed in the comics.

I find this novel slightly interesting yet slightly cringy as there is a bit too much teenage angst for my liking. However what strikes me as interesting, and I don't know if the author intended it or not, is that the main character was in the military and almost seems to have a form of PTSD from his time there. If it's intentional my hat is off to the author and if not I suggest playing it that way and when you introduce the harem aspect you want you use the girls as a grounding/healing element for the MC to make him more normal.

Good update frequency. Easy to read, does not need the effort to interpret the meaning and has an interesting story that keeps me wanting more. It is on the darker side but not that much relatively speaking. Overall an enjoyable read.
