Back in Edain, a week after Edol and the crew conquered the cavern tomb. Immediately after leaving, the team called for the farmer to return their horses. Considering Edol's injuries, the team rushed back to Edain at top speed. After arriving back at their home, much of the next week was spent hanging around and waiting for the Brit to heal.
Now, a week later, Seph was finally finishing healing him completely.
The scholarly girl's normal look of confidence was nowhere to be seen, instead replaced by intense blushing.
Looking at her cute visage, Edol didn't even know what to say.
"Thank you, Seph…"
She only blushed more at Edol's words, turning away and trying to hide her face.
Using healing magic was incredibly difficult and required tons of time and practice. It was partially because of this reason that Edol was both confused and concerned.
The entirety of Edol's lower half had been scorched by the flames. Yes, even that bit.
This chapter feels a bit unhinged. Whelp, we're finally back in Edol's perspective!
