"how long can octopeople stay alive without food?" he asked while pondering.

[she seems to understand that]
"Finally, progress, let's use my average drawing skills then"
he clumsily draws the spaceship hitting the ocean floor and himself retrieving things, and then an octowoman chasing him, he signals it and then to the camera.
[she's now in front of the screen, she doesn't look scared anymore]
"let's continue then, I have a mission for her that could be a win-win for both"
he then draws himself with a spear and giving it to her, then she going and hunting animals and then both eating those together, then he cooks a dish of crab in the kitchen looking tasty and records himself eating
[she's salivating, it seems to be working]
then he draws her coming through the hatch and eating from a plate and pointing at a second dish he made with a bit of pepper and salt on hers, he can't afford more until he grows more.
[careful, she looks just a bit smaller than you but her appendages are way stronger, her hands could twist your arms easily]
"damn, I'm the one scared now"

"I know okay? jeez, this is a freaking super evolution monster world after all... sigh... I feel tired now"
[the camera is still on]

he puts the suit on, something that surprises the octowoman seeing, and he grabs the camera recording the dish and a fork, not a knife for obvious reasons, and places it outside the pool on the far end of the garage, then he retreats to the door and closes it, looking through the small glass panel on the door.
"...open the hatch Rose, just enough for her to fit through"
[opening..., she's reacting and approaching]
