Yami grimaced at the current question. He couldn't understand the reporter's logic. If it was him, he would burn them alive and slapped with facts, but since it was Shun. They wouldn't be able to feel the wrath.

Shun fisted his hand from the current question. He closed his eyes for a few seconds and took a deep breath to calm himself before answering the question without sounding shallow.

Shun looked straight into the reporter's eyes and gained the strength to speak gently. "Then are you saying I should let the students trapped inside the classroom die because I need to follow a certain rule?"

"That's not— " the reporter was about to speak, but Shun cut her off.

"If I wait for everything to come and depend on them while disregarding my sole duty to protect the citizens. Then what kind of future will await me? I won't be able to do anything in life if I keep waiting!" Shun exclaimed and gritted his teeth.
