CHAPTER 37

Jacob's POV: 

I was running downstairs as I heard the loud noise outside the house when I saw Enzo running towards the door too. 

"Enzo." I called out and he halted in his tracks, turning around, firmly holding a gun in his hand. 

"There has been a small blast outside." Enzo informed me. 

"I know. Let's go." I said and Enzo tossed a gun towards me while I caught it immediately and walked out with him. 

As we stepped outside, we saw our men and some of our staff gathered around the main gate and we ran towards them. 

"Jacob, you stay behind." Enzo suggested while we were running. 

"No!" I replied and ran as fast as I could and reached the main gate. 

"What happened?" I asked loudly and some of my men immediately gathered around me with guns in their hands.
