Chương 167: 167. Everything figured out

Derek had began to get fond of Rory. He just liked to be in her company and now he was beginning to get obsessed with her flustered face.

He couldn't get over how she stares at him when she is surprised, and how she easily become flustered with the least provocation. He didn't know he would be having such fun with these simple and silly things.

As they ambled slowly towards the backyard into the garden in silence, he so turned to look at her on his side. She was looking down at her feet as she walked. He was sure it was because they were walking together and he could tell she was a little shy.

There was a pavilion and a white swing with a floral canopy at the backyard. Derek had not had the chance to enjoy these sides of the grand mansion because of obvious reasons. But now, with Rory by his side and him knowing she loved flowers, he took her to the swing which was in the midst of the flowers.
