Let me just be perfectly clear that this wasn't my fault. I never wanted to have powers, that too supernatural powers. I never wanted to get involved in magical stuff or a Magic Academy or a freaking Magic Association. Much less, be the center of attention. Well, at least one of the people getting a whole lotta attention. I wanted to live a normal life.
Many years have passed and I've actually come to like this life. Other than the risk of losing your life and everyone you love, it's pretty chill. I mean, there are Dragons, Unicorns, Pegasus' and so many other mythical creatures I still can't name. Oh, and all kinds of food you could ask for.
I always love recounting those days. Wait, I'm not that old. I'm just twenty-five. Those days, when I was but a little Archarios. I didn't possess any powers. Or so they thought.
In this seemingly normal world, every one possessing magic has two different halves. The first one being the Adelfe Psyche or the soul half. And the second, being the Mageia or the magic half.
It's rare enough for a person to find one of those two halves. Even rarer to find both. You can call yourself lucky if you found one. Most people die before they find either. It's sad.
Now, the Adelfe Psyche is basically one's soulmate. It's kinda funny knowing that some people don't marry their soulmate cause well, they don't even find them.
Mageia is an interesting one. It's not easy to find one's magic half. For example, there are many with the fire manipulation power and many with the water manipulation power. And now they're supposed to find their Mageia out of all of them. It might sound simple in context, but in real life, it's not quite easy. Also, one's Mageia is not necessarily the opposite power.
One thing's for sure, I would not want my life to be any different.
