"Describe the appearance of that person." Xue said, still regarding Sid with askance.
"No problem," Sid nodded with a grin. "You just gotta promise to absorb me after this."
"That's what I'm planning to do."
All of them could tell that Sid was pleased at Xue's words.
"He is definitely older than me, has black short hair. He seems like the average man you see around," Sid stated, drinking down the tea. "Ah, but there was something distinct about him, he had this...mark on his forehead, like a symbol of some sort."
Xue furrowed his eyebrows, remaining quiet.
Cecil reached out to pour more tea for everyone, realising there wasn't enough. Sid gave her a sheepish glance, rubbing his neck.
"Sorry, I would like more tea."
"I'll go get more." Cecil smiled, and the smile dazzled Sid.
The smile on her face then froze, and she turned away. It was an unconscious habit of hers to treat every soul fragment of Xue, including Xue himself, in this friendly manner.
