Chương 21: Death of Garur
As they made their way back to safety, Bali couldn't help but feel a sense of closeness to little witch. They had just gone through a dangerous mission together, and he couldn't help but admire her bravery and skills.
But he also couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off about little witch. He had seen how she had treated him cruelly before, and he couldn't help but wonder if there was a reason for her actions.
As they reached a safe place, little witch turned to Bali and said, "Thank you for your help. I couldn't have done it without you."
Bali smiled, feeling proud of himself for completing the mission. "You're welcome," he replied. "I'm just glad we made it out alive."
Little witch nodded, but Bali could see that she was lost in thought. "Is everything okay?" he asked.
She hesitated for a moment before replying, "I'm just wondering what to do next. General Diar won't stop until he gets that statue back, and I can't keep running forever."
Bali thought for a moment before suggesting, "Maybe we could find a way to get rid of General Diar once and for all. That way, you wouldn't have to keep looking over your shoulder."
Little witch's eyes widened in surprise. "You would do that for me?"
Bali nodded. "I know we just met, but I feel like we make a pretty good team. And I don't want you to have to keep living in fear."
Little witch smiled gratefully. "Thank you, Bali. I appreciate it."
They spent the next few days planning their next move. Bali suggested that they try to gather more information about General Diar's movements and weaknesses. Little witch agreed, and they set out to gather intel.
As they traveled, Bali couldn't help but feel more and more drawn to little witch. He was starting to see her in a different light, not just as the cruel girl who had slapped him, but as someone who was capable of kindness and bravery.
But he also knew that their mission was dangerous, and that he couldn't let his feelings get in the way. He had to stay focused if they were going to defeat General Diar.
Finally, they gathered enough information to launch an attack on General Diar's fortress. Bali was nervous, but little witch seemed more confident than ever. She had a determined look in her eyes, and Bali knew that she was ready to take on anything.
As they entered the fortress, Bali could hear the sounds of battle all around him. He and little witch fought side by side, taking down General Diar's men one by one. Finally, they reached General Diar himself.
Bali watched as little witch charged at the general, her whip in hand. The two of them exchanged blows, and Bali could see that little witch was holding her own.
But just as little witch was about to land the final blow, General Diar drew out a hidden weapon and stabbed it towards her chest, which was eventually blocked by Garur with his body.
Bali's heart sank as he watched Garur fall to the ground. Garur seeing the state Bali was in was feeling pity for the boy and thought why is this boy so hardcore being in love with this kind of girl. Still seeing someone caring and standing up for her I can die in piece.He rushed over to him, but he could see that it was too late. He was gone.
In that moment, Bali felt a sense of loss like he had never felt before. He had grown to care for Garur , and now he was gone.
But he also knew that he couldn't give up. Little witch and Garur had fought for what they believed in, and he knew that he had to carry on his legacy.
With a heavy heart, Bali picked up little witch's whip and charged back into battle but thinking about Garur sacrifice picked up little witch and ran away throwing a gas bomb. He knew that he had to defeat General Diar in future once and for all, in honor of the bird who had shown him what it truly meant to be brave
