Chương 63: Soylent Green

Chuck waited until Dawn had calmed herself before letting go of her shoulder and suggesting, "Now that God's choice has stepped forward and started teaching the villagers how to love instead of hate or fear, are we all ready to go retrieve Pastorus so I can take him to meet with God like I have been tasked?"

"I guess." Dawn reluctantly agreed, not being too eager to have to fight to keep her anger under control while dealing with him.

The others agreed a little more eagerly given how they were looking forward to being finished with the mission that Chuck had asked them to assist him with. A minute later, Jessica and Dawn reached out and jumped the others up to the ship with them.

Holly and Rachel quickly reoriented the ship to point towards Purgatory as Marcus searched for and then fixed an image of Pastorus in his mind for Jessica to use to jump the ship as she also quickly got ready.

Sorry for not being able to post a chapter yesterday. I tried to pay a bill in person and ended up having to drive like fifty miles into the next state (Alabama) and finally found the place down a back road off of another back road. So, needless to say, that little trip that would have only taken me like 30 minutes if it had been in that town's business district, ended up taking way longer and only left me enough time to get this chapter only halfway done last night.

Now, for my faithful readers that have been reading every chapter as soon as they can, the contract for this story has finally been approved and so don't be surprised when you start getting asked to unlock chapters at some point in the next couple of days.

As always, please throw me at least one (prefferably two) powerstones every day that you can so that we can spread this story to others.
