I pushed down those lonesome emotions and regained my apathetic self again.
"Sigh… Are you guys done?" I said, my tone coming out with irritation.
"Huh, are you angry about something?" Ren looked my way with his brows raised.
"Hm? No, not really. Just a little bit impatient, noon is nearing us and we have yet to enter the city." I fought the urge to not click my tongue.
"Oh, I see. Well, sorry for wasting so much time." He bowed a little as every Japanese does for most things.
"Don't be. We should rest for now since it is a necessity, but we should continue that rest when we're inside the city." I looked towards the giant brick walls surrounding the city.
"May I ask why?" Crista asked.
"We're already in front of the walls, it would be rude to set our tents out here. Let's go in, do an adventurer's quest and get ourselves in an inn." I stated the next course of action we'd follow.
