If you're asking how I could feel sore by using magic, well, it's the same when you send strength to your muscles.

If you overexert them without having put in any work in a while, they'll ache. Whereas if you continuously work them out, then congrats, you gained muscles.

As for mana, they also affect muscles directly since it travels alongside veins and arteria, like blood.

So when you use more than you're supposed to, you'll feel your muscles spasm out as that sense of adrenaline begins to quiet.
