Chương 32: Chapter 32: Flustered Again
Serenity couldn't hold back her irritation as she felt her eyebrow twitch and reached with her hand to rub it.
A few minutes passed with her coming to the realization that this obnoxious man was not going to leave, she finally turned to face the devil, only to wish she had just run away instead.
'Why in the world is this irritating man walking around looking like sex on legs again??? What the hell kind of God blessed him with sex appeal that just naturally oozed out??' Serenity thought as she looked at all the women around them, basically drooling at him. She was pretty sure that he could even turn a straight man gay.
Without hiding her irritation, she responded to him, "Oh, do I? Well, you seem to have a secret habit of stalking and attracting butterflies, would you like to know where to find some good insect repellant?"
Upon hearing her sassy response, a hint of amusement on the man's face before quickly returning back to his original icy expression.
"Is my little beauty feeling jealous of these butterflies? How about you be my insect repellant then?" He said shamelessly as he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him.
Serenity was shocked. She really couldn't believe the level of shameless this guy had, like how did one increase in shamelessness so quickly.
After the shock disappeared, she shuddered from the tens of death glares being sent her way, which made her become aware of the position he had pulled her into.
And just like that without even thinking twice, she grabbed his hand from her waist and bit him and then quickly ran away while he was in a moment of surprise, hiding the blush from embarassment that was creeping up her face.
Colton was actually smiling like an idiot as he watched the little beauty who just behaved like fiesty kitten run away after just a bit of teasing.
Serenity hopped on her bike as she saw her brother walking towards her. Before he could reach, she quickly zoomed off and silently prayed he didn't notice anything, or else she would be in for another serious scolding.
For being a genius, she didn't even consider that her semi-idiotic brother might actually remember her bike after seeing her performance and basically becoming her number one fan.
She just left it parked and went straight to her bedroom where she almost fell over from being surprise tackled by Melody.
Serenity was grateful she had a heads up from Melody's dramatic squeal when she saw her enter the room.
"Thank God, you are finally back!" Melody all but screamed excitedly.
Serenity hesitated for a few seconds, "Why?"
"I am in serious need of a new outfit for my date with Braxton and of course you have to come with me!" She said happily.
Groaning, Serenity replied, "Why do I have to go? How many clothes do you possibly need?!"
"Seriously, there's no such thing as too much, and you are my bestfriend and based on your character, you'll be honest if I look fat or hot." Melody deadpanned.
Without giving Serenity a chance to decline or talk her way out of it, she threw an outfit at her and shoved her in the ensuite bathroom to change her clothes.
Reluctantly Serenity stripped from her biking outfit she had worn and put on the dark blue ripped skinny jeans, a white lacey peplum top that had puffy off the shoulder sleeves and some white vans.
She then let her long, golden hair out of the pony tail and let it fall to her waist.
She freshed up a bit and exited the room and met with Melody's amusing look of approval.
Melody looked like she had hearts in her eyes as she stared at her bestfriend and sighed.
The next thing Serenity knew, she was being dragged out the door.
'I guess I will have to check the results of the investigation later on.' She sighed as she headed to the mall where she was half sure she would collapse from exhaustion, as she was well aware of this models shopping habits.

Caity_Sylvia Hello! Sorry for my random updating with like months in between! This chapter is short and I wrote it during slow time at my new job where I work 12 hour nightshifts so if there's any mistakes, please comment so I can fix them! I did edit a little so hopefully it's not too bad!
Lastly, I would like to thank everyone who has been reading my novel, I never thought anyone would see this and even like it! I really appreciate all the comments of motivation! I will try harder to update more :D
