Moments Ago, in the Elven Continent
"Was that Gaia?" Ossa muttered to himself as he slowly gained consciousness. Bits and pieces of Gaia creating his body lingered in his mind, but they all seemed to be a blur, indistinguishable from a dream, a wish, or reality.
"That couldn't be her. I must have confused Miriel with her again," he thought, dismissing the possibility that the figure he had seen creating his body was Gaia.
He could only chalk up the confusion to his desire to see Gaia again, a wish stirred by Miriel's uncanny resemblance.
"As a god, Gaia would never leave her realm for something as simple as creating my body," he rationalized.
"I wasn't the one. Who am I to take credit for the Mother of Terra?" Miriel's voice sounded, disrupting his thoughts as he prepared to examine his new body.
