This is such good information and is explained well. I absolutely love the concept of shifting and I plan to shift tonight and will use what I've learned here Thank you.

this is very helpful for shifting! Shifting is really helpful for people like me so I started doing it and this was really helpful for more tips and tricks to shift!

Over all I thought that this explained everything I had wrong about shifting. TikTok had me so confused about it but now I completely understand it.

Needs work. Punctuation and capitalization are both lacking. It is obvious to even the untrained eye that no proofreading was attempted. None of the information is substantiated with anything other than personal claims, making the information presented unreliable. The author calls other publicly available information incorrect while providing no supporting evidence to their claims. Both sections about TikTok blatantly reflect the author's own personal biases on the subject. None of the claims provide any evidence. Most claims are backed by the author's own experience or are not backed at all. To consider this as anything other than a joke would be utterly preposterous.
