Chapter 7- Going to find Tsunade

With me killing Danzo's people he won't stop trying to get me. They may be his pawns but if he can't have me no one will have me. I should be the strongest out of his ROOT so I don't have to worry about it, but if he tries to frame me and succeeds ANBU will be after me too. 'Decisions, decisions.'

Danzo POV

"Hiruzen, let me have him. I can mold him into the perfect weapon for the village. He is still young not having to take many lives."

"No, he is the next generation of Will of Fire. He is already a weapon enough. Being just 13 yet a jonin. Reminds me of Kakashi."

"You will regret this Hiruzen."

"I am the Hokage."

I slam the door as I leave. 'How dare he say that to me. That old monkey has gone soft. Ryohei should be in ROOT.' With these thoughts I get two ROOT agents to go get him.

"Kitsune(fox), Neko(dog), go get Ryohei and bring him here. If HIruzen doesn't want to do what is takes for the village then I will."

With that command the shadows moved gaining a little color.

It's been a day. Where are they with the boy.

"Inu(dog), go find Kitsune and Neko."

"Yes, Lord Danzo."

10 minutes later he comes back.

"I'm sorry sir, Kitsune and Neko seem to have disappeared. The last place I smelt them were Ryoheis house."

'The kid couldn't have killed them. No matter how fast he is my ROOT are well trained and wouldn't be caught off guard.' "Find them."

"Yes sir"

'Damn kid, I'll have to teach him when he gets here.'

Hiruzen POV

'He seems like a great Hokage candidate strong yet young. I can instill the Will of Fire into him as time passes. I'm getting old, Jiraiya is off frolicking around looking for material for his book, Orochimaru is just a no, nothing more to be said, and Tsunade is basically a failed ninja and medic-nin with her hemophobia. If I can get Jiraiya or Tsunade to be his sensei, he will have a connection to the Hokage seat allowing him to be a candidate. Just have to find either of them and ask them if they want to take a student.' After thinking for a while I come up with a great plan. 'I'll have him look for Tsunade. Jiraiya has already taught Minato and I'll have him teach Naruto when he is older. I'll send him on a mission to look for Tsunade and while they travel back it will give them time to bond, to leave an impression on her, and show her his talent.' With that I start to write the mission scroll.

Ryohei POV

Days passed with Danzo sending ROOT to look for the people I killed. 'Seems Danzo has figured out they won't be coming back. I need to start taking missions from the Hokage then.' Thinking of that I start heading towards the Hokage building. Knocking on the door when I get there, I wait for him to call me in.

"Come in."

"Hello Lord Third, I'm here for a mission." I greet him as I walk in.

"Hmm, there isn't any mission at the moment but maybe I have a special mission for you." He says pulling out a scroll and giving it to me. "This is mission is to find Tsunade."

I stare at the scroll with wide eyes. Why would he want to find Tsunade so soon? Why me, a newly promoted jonin look for the best medic-nin on this planet? Does he want her to teach me? Is he saving Jiraiya for Naruto? Why not have Jiraiya look for her? He has a great information network with the toads. It must not be urgent.

"Ryohei?"

Coming out of my thoughts I look away from the scroll and turn towards him. "I'll set off immediately." With that I disperse into numerous ravens. I figured out how to do it and raven clones when Danzos men were trying to find the two agents I killed.

Heading towards the usual training grounds I see Tomomi and Takashi sparing. They seem to be going at it harder than normal, likely because of me being promoted to jonin. Haruto, noticing me, stops the match and greets me.

"Hey Ryohei. How's it going?"

"Nothing much just came by to see how it's going and to say bye. I've got a mission and it will probably be a while until it ends."

"Oh okay. Be careful out there, jonin ranked missions are nothing to scoff at." He says with a kind smile.

Tomomi looks at me with squinted eyes before talking. "You may be a jonin now, but I'll catch up." With that she stormed off. I look towards Haruto to get an explanation but he just shook his head.

"She's been like that since we learned you became a jonin. She must be upset the team isn't whole anymore. You also kicked her ass during the chunin exam and she might hold a grudge." Takashi said coming over to us. "Be safe Ryohei." He said before walking off too.

"Well Haruto-sensei, I'll be going. Don't have too much fun without me." I said dispersing into an unkindness (group of ravens). Before I leave the village though, I need to get more supplies for the long mission ahead. I also buy a bird mask and a black cloak in case I need to hide my identity.

Finally, stepping out of the village I think of the places Tsunade might be. 'Well, she is a known as the legendary sucker so gambling dens are the first place to look. The biggest gambling place is in Tanzaku Town, so I'll look around the surrounding villages first then the actual town. With the plan set I head off that way.

It took some time but I got tracks of her. 'She is definitely around here. The first three villages I went to talked about the Legendary Sucker. They said she had her assistant heal some people for money, so she is probably at Tanzaku gambling.' Deciding I won't go to the rest of the villages I head towards Tanzaku Town.
