He was silent, focused on the road ahead, but there was something familiar about his posture, the way his hands gripped the wheel. Something was wrong. She didn't know this man—yet, at the same time, she couldn't shake the nagging sensation that she did.

With one swift motion, Ye Jin pressed the needle against the side of his neck, her voice low and chilling.
