As Xavier went up the stairs , he found himself surrounded by 2 sailors in front and 2 in the back .
They had their pokemons taken out , a level 25 Shellder , a level 24 Growlithe , a level 22 Machop and a level 24 Staryu.
"Boy, where can you run now?" , one of the sailors laughed and sneered.
Other sailors also followed laughing . Xavier irrespective of their behaviour , called all his pokemons out . Primeape guarding his back and Kadabra and Nidoking guarding his front.
A fierce battle then started with Nidoking initiated the onslaught with a powerful Bulldoze, the shockwaves hitting both opponents and inflicting significant damage. Shellder retaliated with Ice Beam, but Nidoking's tenacity stood firm against the icy assault. Staryu attempted to use Swift, but Kadabra's Confusion deflected the attack back, surprising the sailors and causing Staryu to take damage.
Meanwhile, Primeape and Machop locked eyes in a fierce standoff. With a sudden burst of energy, Primeape launched a Cross Chop that Machop narrowly dodged. Machop lunged with a Karate Chop, but Primeape skillfully evaded, delivering a devastating Night Slash that hit Machop square on.
Growlithe entered the fray, barking fiercely as it shot out an Ember towards Primeape. However, Primeape responded with swift agility, avoiding the flames and countering with a Low Kick that sent Growlithe crashing.
Amidst the chaos, Kadabra utilized its Teleport to create confusion among the sailors, dodging incoming attacks with grace. Then, taking advantage of the momentary chaos, Xavier commanded Kadabra to employ its psychic might with a powerful Psycho Cut. The attack hit both Shellder and Staryu weakening them both . Kadabra ceasing the opportunity once again used Psycho Cut and ended the fight.
Nidoking continued to assert dominance, using Poison Tail on Growlithe, who was still reeling from Primeape's assault. The powerful attack caused Growlithe to wince in pain.
Primeape and Machop engaged in a close-quarters battle of strength and strategy. Primeape's Cross Chop clashed with Machop's Karate Chop, creating sparks of energy with each collision. In a surprising move, Primeape managed to predict Machop's movement and executed a perfectly timed Cross Chop, defeating Machop.
After triumphing over the sailors' Pokémon, Xavier swiftly exited the area and hastened toward the captain's quarters.
Prior to stepping into the room, he tended to his Pokémon, administering the Super Potions he had brought along. Once they were revitalized, he proceeded directly into the cabin.
Upon witnessing Xavier's entrance into the cabin, the captain inquired in a composed manner, "Ah, so you've bested my crew, have you?"
He then proceeded, "Well, then, do tell me, how did you come by this information?"
