[In the same day's evening.]

[3rd Pov]

Jessie stood at the edge of the Team Rocket airship, the city lights of Viridian twinkling below. She adjusted her white uniform and checked the red "R" emblem, excitement building within her. 'Tonight's our chance,' she thought, a confident grin spreading across her face. 'We'll make Team Rocket proud.'

Beside her, James was preparing Ekans, while Meowth sharpened his claws nearby. "Alright team," Jessie called out over the hum of the engines. "This is it. Let's execute the plan."

James nodded, Ekans coiled around his arm, ready for action. "We're with you, Jessie."

Meowth chimed in with enthusiasm, his tail twitching. "Time to show 'em who's boss!"

The airship descended silently above the Pokémon Center. Jessie peered through the glass floor, spotting Nurse Joy behind the counter and a young boy chatting with Daisy Oak by the healing stations. 'Perfect,' she thought, her excitement growing.

Jessie signaled to James, who carefully aimed Ekans towards the glass ceiling of the Pokémon Center. With a swift motion, he released Ekans, who slithered down the glass and positioned itself for action. Jessie then directed Koffing to release a dense smoke screen, enveloping the area in darkness.

As the smoke cleared, Team Rocket descended gracefully through the hole made by Ekans. Jessie landed first, striking a dramatic pose. "Prepare for trouble!"

James followed suit, posing next to her. "And make it double!"

The boy and Daisy turned, surprised by the sudden intrusion. Nurse Joy looked up, concern etched on her face as she recognized the troublemakers.

Jessie: "To protect the world from devastation!"

James: "To unite all peoples within our nation!"

Jessie: "To denounce the evils of truth and love!"

James: "To extend our reach to the stars above!"

Jessie: "Jessie!"

James: "James!"

Jessie: "Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!"

James: "Surrender now, or prepare to fight!"

Meowth: "Meowth, that's right!"

[Ash's Pov]

'So they finally arrived here huh! Oh well, I was itching to get a new believer anyway.' I thought with a small grin, looking at the Team Rocket making their introduction.

"Team Rocket? The thieves that have been going around Viridian City attempting to steal other trainers' Pokémon?" Nurse Joy said, concern evident on her face.

"We weren't stealing!! We were just helping them by lifting them from their burden of raising Pokémon," James said angrily, his noble motive viewed as thievery.

"You thief! Are you also here to steal the injured Pokémon?" Nurse Joy said, ignoring James' words, which only made him angrier.

"Koffing! Headbutt!" James commanded, making his move towards Nurse Joy to teach her a lesson.

"Kyaa!" Nurse Joy screamed upon seeing Koffing rushing at her.

"You know, boy, it's not nice to attack a nurse," I said as I threw out my Bagon from its Pokéball.

As my Pokéball hovered in the air, streaks of red light emerged from it, forming a Bagon.

Bagon quickly jumped over Nurse Joy and delivered a powerful Headbutt to the rushing Koffing, sending it flying back to James.

James's eyes widened in shock, not expecting his Koffing to be pushed back by a single attack.

"Nice one, Bagon!" I shouted, feeling a surge of pride. Nurse Joy quickly composed herself and turned her attention back to her duties. James, gritting his teeth, recalled Koffing back into its Pokéball.

"You think you can just show up and ruin our plans?" he spat angrily, grabbing another Pokéball from his belt.

"You're going to regret that!" But before he could release his next Pokémon, silver powder rushed at him, rendering him sleepy as he fell to the ground.

"James!!" Meowth and Jessie shouted from the sidelines, worried about James.

"You'll regret it, kid!! Interfering in our master plan!" Jessie said as she commanded her Ekans to use Bite on Daisy, who had just used her Venusaur to put James to sleep.

"Meowth, you go and attack too!" she said.

"Meowth!! Okay~ I'll show you the result of my sharpened nails, Meowth~" Meowth said before rushing at me and Daisy.

"Haha," I laughed, seeing their futile attempt, knowing my Pokémon's level and their levels, as well as Daisy's Venusaur's level, which far exceeded their Pokémon's levels.

"Bagon! Headbutt and then Bite," I calmly commanded, unfazed by the rushing Ekans and Meowth.

As Bagon heard my command, he quickly rushed toward Ekans and delivered a quick Headbutt. Though Ekans tried to dodge, the close distance prevented it, resulting in Bagon's successful Headbutt connecting and causing Ekans to lose its balance. But that wasn't the end; Bagon quickly grabbed Ekans' head and sank its teeth deep into Ekans' flesh, knocking it unconscious.

"Ekans!!" Jessie shouted, seeing her unconscious Ekans as she recalled it back into its Pokéball.

Meanwhile, Daisy calmly commanded her Venusaur to launch a series of quick Razor Leaf attacks that also rendered Meowth unconscious, who proved ineffective in battle due to its low level.

"Daisy, have your Venusaur use Sleep Powder on Jessie too," I shouted as Daisy heeded my words and did exactly as I said.

As Sleep Powder enveloped Jessie, she couldn't do anything but fall to the ground, lacking any Pokémon left to defend against the attack.

"Alright, it seems we've dealt with it," I said, looking at Nurse Joy and Daisy, who nodded at my words, agreeing with me.

And as I was about to walk up to Nurse Joy to give her my Bagon to heal, a ding sounded in my head, making me grin widely as I knew it was time for Bagon to evolve.

[Ding, You defeated a level 12 Meowth, level 14 Ekans, level 17 Koffing, your Bagon gained 320 Experience points...]

[Skill <100 Fold Exp> In use...]

[Congratulations, Your Bagon leveled up]

...

[Congratulations, your Bagon reached level 35...]

[Congratulations, your Bagon has reached the required level to evolve, would you like to have him evolve?]

[Yes/No]

'I even have the authority to let him evolve or not huh? Damn, that's crazy! Okay, Evolve him!' I said in my mind as Bagon, who was just beside me, started to glow in full white.

"Your Bagon is already evolving?" Daisy said, confused.

"Yeah!"

"But don't Dragon-type Pokémon take a long time to evolve?"

"Who knows, maybe my Bagon is special then, haha!" I said as I looked at the glowing Bagon.

He glowed in full white for a full 40 seconds, during which his body grew bigger, his hands started to disappear, and after a few more seconds, he stopped glowing, revealing his new form.
