Chương 13: Chapter 13: Pokémon Rising Volt

After looking at the first and second quests for 5 minutes, the third one had gotten his attention. While reading the third one, he couldn't believe how many points he could get by doing this. The quest was to find elemental shards that could be used for research.

Troy thought, "I've never heard about elemental crystals they sound like their evolution stones. Before that, I need more information before accepting." Troy brought the app up and, going into more info about these elemental shards and what they look like soon, found something interesting that a professor he had never heard of before called Professor Jasper, who studies evolution stones, confirmed Troy's theory that these crystals are somehow connected to evolution stones.

Troy was thinking, "How the hell will I be able to find something like an elemental shard?" Just as he was trying to think if this mission would be worth his time, Troy had heard something interesting from someone in the pokecenter "Hey, did you hear some strange stuff is going on Mt. Moon?" Troy hearing that and decided to head to Mt.Moon without staying there for too long. "Yeah, like, what type of stuff?" "I heard people were going missing."

Troy, now on his way to Mt. Moon, pulled up his phone to find the entrance to Mt. Moon. Man, this beats not having a map to fold up every time. Nearly at the entrance, Troy had seen some mankeys looking around; he had seen a few with red potential, but the one that caught his eye.

Seeing this mankey, Troy must add to his team, going up to it. Troy had one thing to say: "Hey mankey, I bet you're weak if you think you're the leader of the clan." Mankey, hearing this, had gone into an abdominal rage, which also started to cause the other mankey to go into a fit of rage.

Troy, seeing that his plan had worked quickly, threw out Beedrill. "Okay, Beedrill, this fight is not going to be easy you will be fighting multiple opponents." Beedrill, understanding the situation, got ready to battle. With 5 mankeys coming to fight, Beedrill waited for Troy to give the signal, "Okay, Beedrill, doge their attacks, then use bug bite." Dodging all five mankey attacks, he used a bug bite next, knocking two mankeys out and leaving only three mankeys standing. Makey, seeing their comrades have been knocked, started to get even more angry than before, causing them to attack anything in sight.

The mankey, seeing Troy, stayed running out to attack him, but before they could attack, Beedrill had gotten in their way, still not thinking straight, went to attack Beedrill. Troy, seeing this, gave Beedrill an order. "Beedrill, hover backwards, then use all your stingers for poison stings." Beedrill, hearing its command, dodged all three mankeys, then used a poison sting, hitting all three mankeys simultaneously.

The battle now over Troy had used an antidote on all the mankeys, and the mankeys, seeing this, were not angry at Troy anymore.

After everything that happened, Troy apologized and wanted to see if Mankey would join him on his adventures "I'm sorry for making you mad but i wanted to see how strong you were." Mankey, giving it some thought, had sadly declined his offer. Troy, not being mad, had understood that not every Pokémon he asked wanted to be his Pokémon.

Troy, feeling down, decided it was best to get to the pokecenter next to the Mt. Moon entrance before night falls. After walking to the pokecenter, Troy started to notice it began to rain.

Entering the pokecenter, Troy booked a room to stay the night. While walking around, Troy noticed that there weren't many trainers here. He decided he would ask Nurse Joy in the morning where everyone was.
