100% Pokemon: Infinitely Revered / Chapter 18: Incoming Trouble!

Chương 18: Incoming Trouble!

With a flash of light, Leon and his Pokemon found themselves in an alleyway. They were no longer near Chesto Avenue, but some random alleyway in the slums.

Leon turned to the large safe and chuckled because it was out of place. His next order was to have Xatu send him to his friend's home.

Leon had opened his thoughts to Xatu so that it could pick up the location and description. Once again, Xatu activated a large-scale teleportation to the chosen destination.

"Perfect! We're in the backyard where I wanted us to teleport in." Leon gazed around before he spotted the flabbergasted Arbok from before.

It looked stunned at their sudden appearance but calmed down immediately upon discovering Leon's presence.

"This place is perfect for the safe since it has a nice old tool shack back here." The only problem was getting the safe through the doors.

"The safe can't fit through the door, but once it's inside it will fit perfectly." Leon naturally knew this before bringing the safe here.

However, he could teleport the safe inside the old tool shack. This was his solution to this problem.

"Xatu. Get this safe into this tool shack properly." Leon opened the double doors so Xatu could look inside.

This tool shack was spacious and could easily accommodate the safe.

Xatu checked the interior of the tool shack closely before making a move. Within seconds, the massive safe was warp into the shack.

"Haha, nice work! Here you go, I don't have much on me but this should do." Leon gave Xatu one of the skewers he had bought on Chesto Avenue.

Xatu happily accepted the snack, it used its abilities to take the skewer and eat it.

Leon wasted no time and opened the safe and began to set a new password.

"Alright, come out!" Afterward, Leon summoned a Gengar from his Pokemon Home.

"Gengar!"

Gengar levitated two inches off the ground with a wide grin across its face.

-----

<Name: Gengar♂✨

-----

This Gengar had a max level, IVs, and EVs. Leon noticed that it had its first original moves from its game days.

The rest of its moves were moves it could learn through leveling before reaching 100. Leon was grateful that they were added on and that Gengar didn't just come with its Four moves.

This Gengar's coloration was much darker, this was obviously because it was a shiny Pokemon.

"I often used you in competitive Pokemon battles. I can't believe I can now see you up close in person."

With this thought in mind, Leon was quite fond of this Gengar. He had used it since his Generation 5 competitive play days!

When he used this Gengar, he usually ran a choice scarf or specs for competitive play.

"Your job is to protect this safe from people trying to steal it." This was why Leon had summoned Gengar, to protect this safe.

Leon wasn't messing around when it came to this. He had even summoned a level 100 Pokemon to ensure this.

Gengar made a good bodyguard for this because it could hide out of sight. It also did not require food to survive since it was a ghost type.

Gar!

Gengar nodded with a grin before turning into a shadow and rushing toward the safe.

"Wow, Gengar was bigger than I thought. It was taller and wider than me, what a surprise!"

He was taken aback at first by the sheer size of Gengar compared to him. After his thoughts, Leon left the backyard and went to the nearest grocery shop.

Leon bought Human food, Pokemon food, pots, pans, lighters, an electric skillet, and an electric grill.

He used another Rotom to power the house the kids lived in. Leon hadn't thought of this idea before until he used one for the building base.

Afterward, he took the equipment back to the house before leaving for the building base.

"The sooner these guys get their first Pokemon, the better." This was to protect themselves and to create an early bond with their Pokemon.

Not to mention, they needed to have a trained-up Pokemon by the time he left for his trials. Though they would receive protection from Alakazam, they couldn't be babied forever.

"I really have to think about this. Which Pokemon from the lot would I have them pick from?"

The scheme typing of the Eclipse Guild will be Dark, Steel, Psychic, Poison, and Fairy. These Pokemon types were related to space, so these were the Five he chose.

-The Darkness of Space.

-Metal was created in space, such as meteorites and the process of Neuron stars combining.

-Fairies were said to originate from space.

-Poison types for the poisonous gas-related planets of space.

-Psychic Pokemon, which were usually alien Pokemon from beyond. With Necrozma and Deoxys as primary examples.

Steel → Fairy → Dark → Psychic → Poison

Leon walked back to the building base. He had made the decision to give these kids their first Pokemon.

However, he would do it tomorrow before going to the flower shop.

Leon had met these kids 5 years ago, and he had taught them many things. They knew about type match-ups and a Pokemon's appearance.

"Leon, you're here?" Leon was immediately noticed by Alane.

"How's everything? The cleaning of the building is okay for now. There's no need to go any further with this building."

Leon didn't own this building yet, so he shouldn't do too much for it. He planned to buy this building at a later date.

"Oh, okay, we won't do any more for it. We've already cleaned up to the third level at this point."

"How was the Black Market? I heard that there are a lot of bad people over there." Before Leon could reply, Alane's sister Alana came over and asked.

"Oh, yeah, there are a lot of troublesome people there." Leon relayed a bit about what happened.

"What? I knew it! Those people at the black market are not good! They only know how to take and kill others for their things."

Alana clenched her fist in anger at the thieves trying to slander Leon. They were clearly trying to destroy his stall to steal his Pokemon.

"These people piss me off so much!" Alana couldn't seem to get the thought out of her head.

"Don't worry about them. People like that will get what's coming to them sooner or later." Leon chuckled at her outrage and her hate for injustices, but he understood her feelings.

'Multiple hostiles approaching the building, to be exact, Twelve targets!' Leon was talking and laughing with the twins—when suddenly he heard Alakazam speak.

'What? Again?' Leon's expression turned to that of annoyance.

'I've been dealing with quite a few annoying people these days. I would rather not have to show my face and cause a scene.'

At least, Leon didn't want to be at the forefront of trouble. However, he could just give up on such things after walking down the street with high-profiled Pokemon.

Leon had to think quickly about what to do. He could just have Alakazam destroy them before they approached, but that would be too much.

"Is there something wrong, Leon?" Alana saw the sudden change in Leon's demeanor and questioned.

"Hmm..." Leon grinned while stroking his chin and said. "Say, would you guys like to beat up some bad guys?"

Both Alana and Alane's eyes widened.

Elsewhere.

"That piece of trash Rodent Gang. I can't believe they were given such a good territory to control."

"I know, right? Our gang is much stronger, but they were given the best sector to control."

These men wore the same type of outfit that may have been tailored to them. They wore a black shirt and pants with a jacket.

This jacket had a Seviper on the back of it. The Seviper had radiant red eyes with purple venom dripping from its fangs.

"Our Serpent Gang will take over this area once we've gotten rid of these intruders." A man with a purple mohawk said with a sneer.

"The Rodent Gang is good for nothing. I can't believe they were beaten back so badly, pathetic." The lean man smiled coldly and said.

"I can't believe I was sent out to deal with such a small petty job. When I see Weyland, I'll be sure to give him a good beating!"

This man appeared to be the leader, he stood at 195 cm and was lanky with a bald head. He wore the typical Team Serpent Gang outfit with black cowboy boots. This man had a hook nose and a thin face.

"Captain, you won't have to do anything. Dealing with a bunch of rogues won't require you to act."

Their gang was confident in their abilities, they were used to doing things like this. Gangs would often come from other cities or regions and forcefully take over a territory.

The group of men walked up to the building. However, when they came to the building, they spotted two girls sitting on the steps. Both of them had their heads down staring at the ground.

"..."

"..."

Their eyebrows crinkled at the sight of these kids.

"Brat! What are you doing here?! This isn't a place you can stay!" A man with a mole under his nose spoke harshly.

"Kids, I advise you to get lost before I lose my cool. It would be a shame if you were to die an early death."

Another man stepped forward and said coldly, trying to intimidate them. It seemed to have an effect, as their bodies shivered slightly.

"A-And...what if we don't?" Both of them raised their heads and spoke at the same time.

What?

Are these kids crazy?

Were they bored of their peaceful lives?

This group of men couldn't believe their ears, did these kids just challenge them?!

"Ignorant kids, you can't blame anyone for what comes next!" A cold gleam appeared in the mole face man's eyes.

He began to walk up toward the two girls, planning to manhandle them. However, they both flashed Pokeballs, which greatly alarmed him.

The man quickly jumped back in surprise.

"These brats have Pokemon!"

"Of course, you fool! How do you think they were able to handle the Rodent Gang?" Captain Teemo glared at the two girls. They looked innocent, but he had heard that these people weren't weak and were shockingly ruthless.

However, he was familiar with the Pokemon they had.

"They should be nothing, they likely specialize in using fighting-type Pokemon." When the captain said this, everyone understood.

Poison naturally resisted fighting type.

"Guy, you can't suppress personally, but you can with your Pokemon. Hurry up and take these brats down, we have better things to do."

"Hahaha, music to my ears!"

"GO! Ekans"

"You're up, Arbok!"

"Onix, stand by!"

These men quickly summoned their Pokemon for battle. Naturally, this drew unwanted attention from the people in the area.

Another show to watch! Many people thought.
