Chương 221: 221. Pokémon Trainer School
After walking through the forest, Ash and his party finally arrived at their final destination as of yet, Rustboro City.
Having not been to a big city for a very long time, they did not immediately rush to the Pokémon Gym. Instead, they came to the observation location on the nearby mountain to enjoy the scenery of the beautiful city by the sea.

As soon as these words came out, both May and Max's eyes lit up. Could this Roxanne be the Gym Leader of the Rustboro Gym?
Roxanne was surprised when she saw that Ash recognized her, "Ash, do you know of me?"
"That's right, when the Contest was held in Rustboro City, I collected some information about the Rustboro City Gym and confirmed that this is a Rock-type Gym, your name and your appearance!"

Norman was already someone that was said to be the next Hoenn Elite 4 member after the Dragon-type Elite 4 member, Drake, retires from his position.
So he had personally acted as a tour guide to take the group around the school building.
