Plight of the Prince

Although they all regretted, Prince Kellan felt nothing but disdain for them. In his years of isolation his heart died and his resolve steeled. Revenge was all he cared about. The cruelty he endured was all caused by the framing of his innocent mother. It was a crime he could not forgive.

So the young Prince set out on the path of revenge, his hatred and resentment leading his way. He brought about the destruction of the empire with his own hands by committing atrocity after atrocity until the entire continent was stained in blood. Only as he died did he discover that he had been used the entire time. It was in that moment of anguish that his birthright magic broke free and sent him years into the past to do his life over again.

Although, that last chapter of his history has been long forgotten...
