Palace of Reincarnation

Yuki is a highschool kid who have been reincarnated in to an another world.
And from there on out, He adventures through out the world to find a way to reunite with his past life lover, Who's reincarnated as well but in another world. Along the way he faces hardships, find other peoples who cares about him.
