Jiraya was getting one shock after another, although he was warned by Hokage about Sasuke but now he understand how heavily he underestimated Sasuke's capability. Now he understands why Hokage found it so hard to deal with Sasuke. Naruto was very confused by father-son and S-class secret part and also stunned by Sasuke's blackmail, he never thought that Sasuke would threatened Jiraya like that.
SASUKE: "You see Naruto, this is how you negotiate. I made three demands, first one was not that important to me, even if he didn't help me with that I will find another way. My second demand is within reasons, he just have to pass the message. I know things that he don't, so I just reveal enough to have him agree to my demand.
As for my last demand, I use blackmail. There are things that they don't want to be revealed, at least not for now, so I will take advantage of that. Most important thing in negotiation is how much leverage one has against their opponent. Also you must know how much you can demand with that leverage. If I demand for something outrageous then he will not concede. I asked for fourth Hokage's jutsu, and forth Hokage is most known for his 'flying thunder god' jutsu. It is very powerful jutsu and made fourth Hokage the hero of third ninja war. But the thing is, even lord Jiraya here cannot use that jutsu so he cannot teach that jutsu to us. So what I am asking is, forth Hokage's other jutsu. These other jutsu can be considered within the limit of blackmail. Although other jutsu were not as powerful as 'flying thunder god' but they are still very useful."
JIRAYA: "What do you know about the prophecy?"
SASUKE: "Well if you are looking for the child of prophecy then look no more you found him. Just focus on teaching him to best of your abilities, there is nothing more to it."
JIRAYA: "How did you know that?"
SASUKE: "I am the arrogant but mysterious protagonist in ninja world, I have my secrets. I am not going to reveal them, focus on important things. How I know doesn't matter but what I know does."
It was very difficult to explain how he knows about the prophecy. But he needs Jiraya's help, and to gain his trust revealing 'child of prophecy' was best plan. He decided that he will not explain himself and leave the rest to his mysterious protagonist persona.
NARUTO: "What prophecy are the two of you talking about? Who is this 'child of prophecy?"
SASUKE: "It is nothing important Naruto, some 'old geezer toad' made a prophecy about a child who will bring peace in ninja world, long time ago. Now some fools are looking everywhere, trying to find the child of prophecy. Don't worry about these nonsense."
Jiraya eyes twitch when Sasuke called 'great toad sage' an old geezer, he then went on calling him a fool for trying to find 'child of prophecy'. He understood that Sasuke is not going to reveal anything more to him. He would generally not consider conceding to Sasuke's demand after he blackmail him like that, but Sasuke knowing the prophecy changes things. Jiraya has given very high importance to the prophecy, first he thought Nagato was child of prophecy, next he thought Minato was child of prophecy but after his death he was very disheartened. Finally he was pinning his hope that Naruto is child of prophecy. Although he was doubtful of Sasuke but felt that Sasuke was not a bad guy and he can see that he care about Naruto. So he decided to first talk to great toad sage about Sasuke. If they are willing to teach Sasuke the senjutsu, then he also has no problem teaching Sasuke few ninjutsu.
JIRAYA: "Fine Sasuke, I will talk about your senjutsu training in mount Myoboku, if the toads accept to teach you senjutsu then I also have no problem teaching you few ninjutsu."
Sasuke nodded in agreement, next Jiraya summoned Fukasaku and asked him to have reverse summon himself on mount Myoboku. After reaching mount Myoboku, he talked to Fukasaku and Shima about Sasuke and waited for great toad sage to wake up before making any decision. After few hours great toad sage wake up and what he said was shocking. According to great toad sage, destiny of many people changed and all of this change is due to someone with sharingan. When he asked if the change is good or bad, great toad sage was not sure. Great toad sage decided that both Naruto and Sasuke will be taught senjutsu.
After returning from mount Myoboku, Jiraya told Sasuke that he will be taught senjutsu together with Naruto but Naruto was not ready to learn at the moment, he needed more chakra control and more training before learning senjutsu. So he will train both of them for the time being and when they are ready, he will take them to mount Myoboku.
Jiraya allowed Sasuke to sign the contract with the toads, and to Naruto's annoyance Sasuke was better at summoning than him. Sasuke insisted on learning rasengan from Jiraya. Jiraya told him that they won't be able to learn it before the finals of chunin exam but Sasuke was convinced that both of them will learn it. It was less than three weeks time before the final exam. Sasuke completed the first step in less than a day, Naruto was pissed, even though Sasuke guided him, it took him three days to master the first step. Sasuke acted as it took him two days to master the second phase while Naruto practiced day and night, it still took him ten days to master second step.
In the meantime Sasuke was experimenting with merging lightning nature with rasengan. He was trying to create vanishing rasengan. Sasuke also met Kakashi and ask him to teach chidori. With his three tomoe sharingan (He publically only showed three tomoe sharingan), it wasn't difficult for him to learn it. He didn't need to invest all his time to learn it like in the cannon.
After mastering the second step, Naruto was focusing on the last step. Sasuke told Naruto to use a shadow clone, he should focus on building the power while his shadow clone should focus on containment. Sasuke remembered what the Naruto in cannon did so he helped him skip the step where Naruto himself realize he can use shadow clone like that.
Time quickly passed and Naruto manage to learn the rasengan while Sasuke learned the chidori but he wasn't able to create vanishing rasengan. He decided to focus of nature transformation as next part of his training. He has affinity to fire and lightning. Kakashi also has lightning affinity so Sasuke decided to have Kakashi's help with that after chunin exam.
The day of the chunin exam came. In the chunin exam, Naruto was supposed to face Neji in the first match, Sasuke and Gaara would face each other in the second match, Shino and Kankuro would fight in the third match, Shikamaru and Temari would face each other in fourth match and Sakura and Dosu would fight in the fifth match.
